Hi my name is Youssef Baldi and I am trying to pay for my premium starting March 1 2015. Customer service is extremely busy. Please you need to be on top of this. I need my invoice # and account #. Again customer service need to answer the phone. It's been very slow returning or taking care of customers. My number is . . But I don't have the invoice #. Please get back to me so I can pay my monthly premium and move on from this ridiculous busy phone customer service. You need to be on top of this issues asap. Thank you
