I really would like to take up my issue with the CEO of this company! This issue has been going on since December, and the representatives/supervisor (at least that is what Adrian told me he was) could not resolve my issue!! Poor listening skills and at times rude. One gentleman (James is what he said his name was) instead of providing me his Agent ID, or process to speak w/his superior he just put me back into their queue. I really need someone who can understand my issue and communicate as such!
