I just spent 1 hour on the phone. I spoke with one service person who said he would connect me with another. After 45 mins. waiting for that person I finally hung up. Friday the same thing happened 90 mins. and I had to leave to pick up my daughter. Two and a half hours wasting my time on the phone and my problem isn't solved. Total disrespect for Adobe customers! Hey Dumbasses (sorry that was profanity, but not too bad)
I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY ON YOUR PRODUCTS AND YOU ARE GIVING ME LOUSY SERVICE. WAKE UP!!!!!!
