I have been trying for 3 months to get some kind of answer on a request to be reimbursed for a rental car that I was forced to rent after you cancelled my flight (not weather releated, etc...just cancelled). The rental car from Chicago, IL to Springfield, IL cost $357!! (due to the fact that it was short notice and the car would not be returning to the same location). I had to be back to the office the next morning for an important meeting.



I feel that I should be reimbursed for the cost of the rental car. I have faxed (twice) paperwork/receipt/letters to refund department. I have gone on line an entered information under customer care


My secretary now has spent countless hours trying to just get ahold of a HUMAN. At this point your customer service is such that I will NEVER fly United Airlines again!!
