Thank you for taking the time to bring this review to our attention.

Pre-arranged over the tele with our local Toyota dealer for service and the appointment. When I brought our vehicle to their service dept. I spent over 10+ minutes standing in front of the service reps desks waiting to be greeted or even acknowledged. Even the service manager walked around me twice and ignored me. Finally speaking with a service rep, he acted like he was unclear what we were performing to my vehicle and the timetable arrangements. He excused himself by telling me he's had a hard week (this is on a Tuesday). I've been in several Toyota 5-star facilities, this one is barely a 2. Probably because they are the only Toyota dealer in our small town, excellence is not required.
