My experience with the RCA product RS2767iF (5 disc CD player) and customer service is awful. I bought the 5 disc CD player for my 90 year old Aunt and Uncle for Christmas 2012. We had to ship it to New York for repairs - CD's wouldn't play the summer of 2013. We paid for the shipping. It worked for about 6 months and now it will not play or eject CD's. This CD player had very few hours of use. Customer Service provided no help and no solutions. I am very disappointed with this product. I will not buy or recommend RCA products in the future.
