I don't generally write reviews but I often look at them. Due to the service provided by Ricoh, or lack there of, I decided to take a minute to WARN YOU ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I renewed a conract with Ricoh in September of 2013. It took them until the end of November 2013 to install all the equipment agreed to in the lease. However, they billed us the full amount effective September. I asked our Ricoh representative to get this matter resolved so that I could make the proper payment. It took until MARCH 26, 2014 to get an email from his stating that we would receive a $200 credit. I sent weekly emails over a 5 month period pleading for a reconciled statement - still haven't received one. At one point I was so frustrated I tried contacting their corporate office, never heard from them either. If you sign with Ricoh you may regret it. I will never work with this company again and suggest you do the same.
