I am compelled to write a serious complaint of very poor customer care service accorded to us by your staff at Manchester Airport, they were extremely unhelpful, did not listen to our pleas for help or understand the situation forced upon us by road works around the airport and then the poor guidance give on the aiport notices as you turn into the airport. My Wife was not allowed to board the plane. We were well in good tiome. But it was a racist attitude by your Manchester staff that did not let my wife travel, and hence missed her flight, and kept family members waiting in Bombay
My wife ticket booked with sasti flight London, was from Manchester to Bombay and then return from Dehli to Manchester.
Please help to overcome this inconvenience and let my wife travel tonight 25/3/2014 as we have told waiting family we are trying to get to Bombay.
My wife Noreen Salim is travelling alone.
Can you please help. Can you make sure that your staff do not behave so rudely, and in a racist manner based at Manchester Airport.
