having been without the use of my landline since Friday 14/02/2014 and not being able to contact any one at PRIMUS via my mobile only to be kept waiting for an extremely long period then to be cut off without any comment and to go via E/Mail is even worse they reply very quickly with a CURT pre typrd response saying that an engineer will contact you shortly , Five E/mails Five curt replies STILL NOTHING DONE ABOUT COMPLAINT is absolutely disgusting you have no customer service worth speaking of you deserve to loose all your business,
