To whom it may concern,
Yakima Costco has ruined my Christmas…..

I was a member of Costco for a number of years but after a divorce and due to finances I had to give up my membership. Being on a limited income I saved for my first flat screen television. Knowing the quality and customer service of Costco a friend offered to purchase it for me. It stopped working 92 days after purchase so you wouldn’t return it saying I needed to deal with the manufacturer. After three additional months of Toshiba giving me false dates, saying the parts were on back order and of complaining to you, I had to mail the television back today. They are now saying I should receive a new one in ten working days, which I strongly doubt. I believe since you carry that product you are ultimately responsible. I have now had to pay for three months of Dish TV for television I have not watch and my daughter has and will miss every Christmas show this season………………
