Your company debited my account twice for the same rental. I have made 6 calls to the office I rented the car from and they have put me on hold every time. Twice for 20 minutes or more. I just want to get this taken care of before I forget! This is the 3rd car I have rented from your company in 2 months. Thinking it's my last. Thank you for the poor service.
