I booked a Business Class ticket from Frankfurt to Denver in 12/2012. The airport was snowed in so my flight was cancelled until the next day. The Lufthansa Business lounge booked me on United the next day. I was in economy - middle seat.
I requested a refund of the fare difference and sent in the requested documents and never heard back from Lufthansa at all - let alone my refund. My travel agent keeps getting the brush off. I am now going to complain on every travel website I can find
