I odered a notebook on August 10 2012 and I thought it was great that I would get it in 1-2 business days.Considering I ordered it on a Friday, I gave it til Wednesday, WELL that didn't happened so I called only to find out that it was being "held up" because some customer service person claimed that they called me & left me a message that I didn't get either {hello cell phones do keep a call log & messages!. So when I did talked to the customer service on August 15th, we confirmed the info that caused the "hold up" and was insured that it will be sent to the confirmed shipping address tomorrow. But low and behold I get a call to confirmed my shipping package today at 2:47 on a package that I thought was already in the mail & expecting it on Friday! I will tell you this, this is a lot of firsts with this company, first time to ever order from you and the first time I EVER complained to sit down and tell a company about it. Really!!! I spent a lot of money & couldnt get a phone call explaining the reason why my order was being "held up". This will probably be my last time ordering from you & thats too bad for you cause I was looking at an expensive camera to purchase that I seen on your site. And I work at a large utility company where I am having my package delivered to an my co workers are seeing the service that I'm recieving and they are not liking it either. So you will get a bad report by just not me From any of our friend and coworkers who is considering to buy a product. Will tell them where NOT to buy! @ BUY.COM!!!
