We have been receiving fraudulent emails regarding direct deposits, etc. using Intuit to obtain fraudulent information from our company. I called customer service and I get someone in the Philippines and not even in the United States. I ask for someone in the US and it took (4) hours for a returned call. I want to know why every time we have a question we get diverted out of the country? If we live in the US why can't we get support in the US? No wonder our country is going bankrupt, they have to use employees at a call center who cannot even speak proper English and offer no solution to our problems, then get transferred to (5) more dummies, and before you know it, I am on the phone for one hour with no resolution. What is wrong with you Intuit? Makes me sick as an Accountant that my company decided to use QB2012, and for technical support I am redirected out of the country. Your customer support is the worst ever, get real and get back in the US. No wonder phising emails are coming to us with the Intuit name, and they have all this banking information and corporate information as well as social security numbers of all of us in the US.
Listen up everyone don't use them to do backups, identities are being stolen because they have a lack of security out of our country.
