Well I only had my emachine computer for 4 months now and already neither one of the UBS's are operational and like everyone else I received an Indian speaking gentleman who I had trouble understanding. I needed the disk for Windows and the restore disc and they wanted to charge me (20.00) to do that when it should have came with the computer at the time of purchase. I even went to Staples to see if I could get somethng to restore my computer and was told that no store would have the software to install on their computers. The rep also said that emachines are a piece of junk. I think this company is a scam. I have never known reading comments and complaints that everyone appears to be getting the same gentleman on the phone when they call. Its time for us all to start a class action suite with this company.
