I have all 3 services,cable,internet & phone.Lost service on the 16th of Aug,today is the 25th and I still have no service.Customer support says they won,t be out to fix it till the 31st. As in the words of President Obama [Its time for a change}. I will never be a customer of Mediacom again.

I,m not even a customer ,never have been, they are not even in my area, never received a bill, but they turned a bill into a collection agency dinged me 100 points though Expirion, and they tell me I have to prove who I am. I know there are laws concerning this. Mediacom refuses to work with me unless I receive their service.

I just got my cable and internet hook up, and they gave me a bad box for the cable. It has now been 4 days and still no new box. They need to make sure the equipment works before they bring it to someone's home to hook up. If I had a different company to go to I would Mediacom sucks. They are way to high on their prices and their service sucks.

Worst media provider I have ever ever had. They can't even hang onto there own phone call without it being droped by them on there end. What a crock of crap they try to sell the public.

I have only had mediacom for a month. Today my remote quit working. My tv is stuck on one channel. I called mediacom and asked them to bring another remote or service tech. They said they would mail me another remote in 4 or 5 days. I will never waste my time or money on mediacom again.

Mediacom Customers: DOUBLE CHECK THE BILLING STATEMENTS

After subscribing to their internet, phone, cable package "deal," I've noticed/realized they've tacked on $2.11 - with absolutely no explanation. It seems to me this is an illegal attempt to increase their revenues.

A definate problem exists as well with their service. As far as I'm concerned Mediacom has no business being in the home/business telephone service industry when their systems are so prone to regular failures.

I would LOVE to know why it says 24/7 customer support but every number I call for then doesn't work. I have had issues with my cable and internet basically since I started with them. The phone, strangely enough, is the only thing that works as it should...most of the time. I can't even get VOD in my area, and I am paying as much as someone who can. I also never got the DVR installed like I was supposed to. Their customer service is horrible. I do customer service phone work for Comcast. I know they aren't much better a lot of the time as far as service, but I know what the standards are. If what I get from Mediacom most of the time is their standard, it's horrible. If it isn't, they need to fire a bunch of people.

i have been a customer four ten years, and some how my phone has been turned off and my phone # has been given to someone else. support told me it was a computer error. 5 dayys without phone and all i get is the runaround.

I got mediacom last monday, came home from 8 hours of class on tuesday to no service...hmm who woulda thought I got a bad reciever, then had to wait a week for them to come out after the original tech guy lied telling us he'd be out the next day, then when i finally did get a tech guy out here I now can't use my VOD! I'm furious. Im only 3 weeks into my service and only got to seriously enjoy one day of it! Got a credit applied to my bill but I see a serious problem with the sincerity of the customer support...not the reps but the SUPERVISOR laughed on the phone while I could hear him as I was relaying my complaint to him. I need corporate's number, I'm very unhappy wtih this. Isn't this a real example of exactly how much the customer means to them???

we have the most intereputed service in the hazel green toney area, if it rains, watch out your phone com. will be gone for hours, we bought a pkg. deal and now the price doubled, the internet has got to be the worst around
