Idk much about Zoosk. All I know is that I checked my banking app today and saw a random charge of $95 to my credit card by some vendor named Zoosk. The $95 was refunded even before I called my bank so it looks like Zoosk may have reversed the transaction. I did some googling to find out that Zoosk is a dating site. I don't use dating websites and have never even heard of Zoosk before today, so I'm very curious to know how my card was charged $95 on a site I've never even heard of. I'm the only person who uses my card and my card is still in my wallet as I type this. After calling my bank, they decided to cancel my old card so I guess I have Zoosk or some sort of scammers to thank for the inconvenience.Frankly, I want to know what on a dating website would warrant a $95 charge. Sounds like you're paying for escort services at that point.

This site has my pictures and my money. It won't allow me to log on. The card is cancelled and I never used the service it won't allow me to reset the password to delete my information from 2 years ago and I am engaged.

I have signed off to the site over 6 months ago. It keeps me on and my profile and and just lmk that I have another 6 months which I never wanted. I am upset as they never let my sign off on there site as just went into. So they just charge me the 6 moth fee. They are cleaver but dishonest. when I called in Hawaii they are closed. I have been treated unfair by them and will look into a legal help.

I joined this app today and can't get on it bc it keeps telling me to complete my profile which I did and then tells me to add. Picture which I did and every time I try to access this app it tells me to add a picture and I have 6 times .. worst app ever I want my money back .. switching to another dating site

I only want to date ages 50-62 you keep giving me ages 60-75. I am a young 61, not interested in older men. Please change my match settings. I would rather my date be 10 years younger than me, than for my date to be 10 years older than me.

Although I have somewhat of a profile and an overwhelm8ng response I will not subscribe due the fact that Zoosk has asked for the last 4 digits of my SS no. Which I will Not give out nor will I give out my income info.. That is none of your business and I have been on several dating websites. You're very.nosey! Very disappoint8ng!!

I just received an email that stating I requested to change my password!! I don't even have a Zoosk acct and obviously some scammer is using my email to set up an account. Please correct this. I am not a customer!!

I have a paid subscription, but without notice I can no longer open my account or application. I am unaware of any issues or violations of the terms? What can I do to either get a refund or get my account reinstated or accessible?

Fake messages sent from my account...no support...no clarification...no reasonable resolution...no reassurance the problem is resolved...NO REFUND!!!

Zoosk is a continuous scam! They will remove & bill your account without consent even if you try and cancel. There are "plants" other subscribers that will message you and are not real members or outdated profiles from previous memberships. Beware of this site!

I am highly dissatisfied. we don't have Australian contact number so we have to pay international rates for calling zoos call centre based in USA. My account suddenly had my profile pics disappeared and its asked me to upload it again. I can't even talk to members I was already chatting with till last night and can't even see their pics. this is ridiculous. Why should I be charged for service?

I am going to report this company to the better business bueau. I subscribed for a month starting 11/16/2017 and cancelled a day 12/16 before this site CLAIMED I would be charged 12/17/2017 and you still charged my card! I paid for 30 days, NOT 29 days for you to charge me on my last day...this is a SCAM to recharge people. I will be disputing this charge and telling everyone I know NEVER to get on this site! I will make sure that this scam is known all over the internet as well!
