Hi,
I have tried to Google my new Weebly purchase domain name:

Indyal.com

I have no success.
The Google page gives me many, many names all with "Indyal" but I still do not find Indyal.com?
I thought with ".com" I would have at least a presence of one hit, but there are no hits.

I can not figure this out??

terrible. i purchased a domain name through weebly, lured by their promise that forwarding an old domain (which they host) would be a cinch.

1)weebly's link to route my old domain to my new one is broken
2)the customer service robot (doesn't seem like a live person) gave me instructions to do exactly the OPPOSITE of what i wanted--to route OLD domain to NEW.
3) the customer service "phone number" is busy.

don't recommend at alll.

I love your support! Every time I call there is no music to wait but it rings and I get a live person waiting there to help walk me through whatever I need. Thanks sooooo much! In a world of people not wanting to give you the time of day it is nice to hear a friendly smile and assistance when I need it.Especially their patience when I am a little frustrated because I am still learning how to maneuver around in my site!! I appreciate it!! Cristi :)

The phone number is answered by weebly but never goes to a support person. It just goes BUSY.
Nor can I find the live chat option on the support page.
AND when I go to the support page from the Editor, it tells me I have logged out.
VERY annoying.

Do you have a way to label the information on the website I created with weebly in order to be found by customers that search on different engines like google?

How?

Also, once I have the photos on the website can I get them back? How?

I have a e commerce website already. I built it with Yahoo Site Builder. I would like to redesign my site using Weebly. I especially like Weebly because of the the ease of adding categories and products, however Weebly always automatically crops category photos into a square frame. Squares are ugly. Vertical boxes would show the product better. Is there some way in which to change the category frames to a vertical or horizontal shape? I have photographed these 1245 products over a 10 year period and do not want to have to rephotograph everything, especially since some items are sold and are custom orders...so I would have to re make everything and then rephotograph them to fit into the ugly square box. Help please. Thanks Jen

I had tons of problems uploading photos to build my site. First I had to resize almost all the images, then when I would create an image plus text box, the image would plunk down in the middle of the box and cover up the "edit text" area and I couldn't add my text to the right hand side of the box. This happened at least two dozen times. I finally ,through sheer perseverance got it to work but it took me three days to build a simple 5 page website

I have just received a notice..... Your Weebly Pro Account is currently overdue. Please click here to update your billing information to prevent a loss of service. I was not given any notice in regards to this and was not aware it was due. Can you please allow me 2 weeks to pay for this as I was not expecting it and I cannot afford to loose service.

All I want to do is publish my site and I put a phone number in but it doesnt send me any verification of any sort - nothing is there. I tried to find the email but there is none for support and I cannot call in during normal business hours because I get home late (school, sports, etc.) and I cant do anything about my site but it says to contact support.

All I need is an EPP code so I can transfer my domain and webpage to another provider because your customer service is non-existent. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. And you dismantled my website when you said it too would transfer without issue.

Scam. The websites do not appear let alone work. NUMEROUS calls and e-mails for a refund went unanswered. These people are criminals and I am starting a class action suit.

I currently have a website with you but I am finding the build is very difficult! It does not save automatically as your tutorial says. I have spent the afternoon shopping other websites, out of frustration, and wanted to speak with your customer support to find out if help was available on my issues and also how good the support actually is. I can't get anyone! It IS during normal business hours and all I get is an automated message telling me to call back in a few minutes.

The support is crucial for me and not having any is really unacceptable. Your pricing comparisons say the support service is faster for the non-free plans. How do you know what plan I would like if you don;t answer the phone!

I am sorry I couldn't get anyone. I was really hopeful about staying with your site. I will be paying about $9/month with another site. I cannot do business with a company who exhibits such a lack of customer respect.

If I could get a hold of them I could leave a more informed/detailed review.
But seeing as my numerous emails and phone calls go nowhere, I'm at a complete loss including the money I paid for two websites through weebly.
And now I cannot locate either of these sites and cannot get help despite my numerous attempts and requests.

I am extremely frustrated with this education company. Their chat function is non-existent and they refuse to acknowledge my request for a refund after billing my card again without warning. I am now in the process of contacting my credit card company to stop payments.

Well, I like my site.

But I don't have their FREE site, I've been paying for years and years now, and just noticed that there is a banner like I don't pay at the bottom and basically I only have the FREE options. Did they get bought out and lose me in the mix? They're still cashing the checks (or auto debits in this case) so they didn't forget the money just my site apparently.

Thought this would be an easy issue to resolve but it is not. You simply cannot get a hold of these people.

Very frustrating.
