Hi my name Mrs Thomas I bought a Waring soup 18 month ago only use in winter tried to use it this winter and the plastic wiget has rounded of use the cutters ! Not very happy with your product

Tried twice to contact customer support via the on-line form. The only option I could find on the website - no specific e-mail address is provided. No response either time. Total waste of time.

I'm having trouble with my wine opener it won't hold a charge and is not able to open one bottle.

'l have a blender that is about 55 years young please me I need a replacement for the glass part as it broken the numbers on the bottom are series a Ser no. 11-067. 008 I really love this blender I hope you can help me. Thank 696

I have had a Waring hand mixer for a very, very long time. I cannot tell you how many thousands of times I have used it. It has never once failed. Each time I use it, I tell myself I will write and complement your company. In this day and age of disposable appliances, yours are still going strong.

My Waring, 5-speed is Model no. 11 HM 93. It has the numbers '803 H' also stamped.

My wife and I received this as a gift. Many have told me I should get a new one, just to modernize. I really do laugh and shake my head that this one is still going strong! I just thought your associates would get a kick out of knowing your products really do stand the test of time.
