Why does VErizonwireless make it so difficult to reach customer services phone numbers? It is almost as if Verizonwireless does not wish to have customers. I had to use Google to find this site and the trick to getting past the automated phone receptionist was only found here.

The purpose of my call was to inquire about adding international service to my business account for a cruise. Instead of being directed to your International Department's phone number, I had to go to a Verizonwireless store and they gave me the number. Your customer service department could only tell me that the business phone department is closed on weekends.

Used this # to cancel my service today. The # worked -- got connected right away. Cancelling out was a snap -- no hassles and the rep couldn't have been nicer.

I had a Verizon repair call in since a week ago. I had not had a phone for a week and my mobile does not work well at all here!! They said they would be here today from 8am-12pm - we take time off work and whatever else we had to do to get this done. We need a phone!. At 12:30pm, I called to see if they were still coming since the window had come and gone by 1/2 hour! They tell me TODAY! that they can tack on a 2 hour window! Why do we find that out NOW!? Even services like a pest control and Sears, call to let you know the guy will be late! I am so very dissatisfied with this service, I just can't tell you. This just not acceptable for today's life. This could cost someone a half day without pay or a vacation or a cancelled apt to sit in their home and just wait. I would NOT be upset if I were told this BEFORE the 1/2 late time. Stupid actions for a seemingly reliable company.. That, now, is quite debatable! We have been paying for a week of service that we don't even have!!!!

I've been trying to contact someone to upgrade my data since I got a txt saying my data was running low. No matter what number I call, I wasn't able to get someone to help me...very upset!!!!

Your billing system is horrible- can completely confusing for the average consumer. I just changed from Sprint to Verizon. So far the experience has not been favorable.

What is the "Returns" Dept's email address for Verizon Customer Care [OLVA] of 4801 Mercantile Drive Bldg 17, Fort Worth, TX 76190. I returned a prepaid phone (no contract), didn't care for windows version. Never got a refund less restock fee. Shut off monthly prepaid as directed, that worked out fine over the phone. But the return didn't update.
The returned pkg arrived there at above address on 2/24/15, now i'ts 4/9/15. ?? This would concerns order location X473401 where the online purchase took place. Thank you, I hope the others can get a resolution too!

I have been trying to get a refund from Verizon wireless for a phone purchased over the phone and was cancelled. Placed the order on March 19th and cancelled on the 20th. After I cancelled the phone, the charge was taken from my account.
I have reached out to customer care to get a refund and have been transferred from person to person every time I call. The last person I spoke with was trying to complete a payment investigation form to help get my refund to no avail. She was frustrated as well. Many customer care persons told me that financial services was the department I needed to speak with which was wrong. I was lied to many times by various customer care persons. Today is March 26th 2015 - Kendall (the last person i spoke with), let me know that Treasury Dept. was who i needed to contact to find out when the refund was coming. But she could not find a number either. WTH !!! She saw that the refund is approved but the customer care people before her were completing incorrect forms such as an ITS form. She finally completed a payment refund request form and gave me a ticket number. Now I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days for a refund. This is so unacceptable !!! I am very surprised and dissapointed with Verizon Wireless at this point.

I am a long-time customer with Verizon, Business Account under Callie Corporation, dba Morris and Campbell. Password macsd. I am Kay Campbell, one of the two owners of the company. My cell number is 858 775-0058. It is a business phone and I have had this number for approx. 20 yrs. In the middle of the night, I started getting calls. I got up and turned my phone off and then turned it back on this morning. I am getting calls approx. every 2 minutes from a "No Caller ID". Went to the Verizon store in Coronado, where I live, very helpful but couldn't do anything. Went to the corporate store in La Jolla, again, very helpful but couldn't do anything. Advised me to go to Apple. After waiting 2 hours, they were very helpful but couldn't think of anything to help. The only solution is to change my phone number and because of the huge number of people I deal with, changing my number is going to be a disaster. Please help. I have my phone turned off but will check it in the morning. Or you can reply to my email.

A friend call my number and it rang on my wife's phone at the same time. She was standing 6 feet from me in our kitchen. We have different numbers and different plans. How can that happen?

I'm having an issue with Verizon not clearing monthly checks for monthly service. We mail a check immediately upon receiving a bill. The check does not clear until the end of the month..even though a check was sent perhaps early in a month. This is causing confusion with our bank statements each month. We are NOT going to auto-pay just for the ease of Verizon's billing. PLEASE CLEAR A CHECK EARLY...OR WHENEVER IT IS RECEIVED. I am getting tired of having to go to the bank each month to only find out it is Verizon's not clearing a check that is causing our bank statement snafus.

Hi customer service I am currently here in the Philippines and requested to temporarily discontinue my service for at least 6 months until I get back. I lost my phone last week so please watch out for other charges being encountered. Someone could be using my phone charging it to my account. "We are sorry you are having trouble Thank you. Good bye". This is what I get everyi avenue I take and everiy number I call for Verizon, trying to reach a live perosn. I want to pay my verizon phone bill, but have a question about what program my cell phone is on. There seems to be NO OPtION to speak with a customer service LIVE PERSON!!! even though it is suggested to do this. JUst HOW does one do it? Please!!!

where do I start? My husband is an over the road driver. When I call him manually OR use the button on my phone that he is assigned to, I get another over the road driver who says this has been happening since 3AM. He is receiving all my husband's calls!! (His carrier is Sprint) I have been on the phone on hold or listening to an automated menu for hours. Every # I have been given eventually directs me to the same menu..Occasionally, it says " Sorry you are having a problem...Goodbye!" and I am disconnected!! This is very frustrating, not to mention inconvenient. I'm beginning to have second thoughts about Verizon just due to the inadequate customer service you guys offer. If there were to be an emergency and I had to contact my husband, I doubt that the other driver (who is states away!) could be of any assistance! Very disgruntled customer!!!!!!!

I have been with verizon for a long time and have had the best to say about them until I got a new phone and didnt realize my due date was the 22 of this month so I purchased a plan and paid the same amount as always.. im with prepaid and i was with straighttalk because of the unlimited data and thought Verizon had the same.. NO THEY DNT,, Anyways i got this same plan an put it on my phone and they told me my date was up the 22nd and i had to put more money on it to continue with them.. HELL NO,, I just paid 45 for this plan and with 500 mb well after talking to a live person after on hold for like forever, she told me she could switch me and she did but now not able to send my pics ut as before when i had no data and now cant get ahold of anyone,, so after this month i will be switching to a better service plan.. all who is with Verizon BE WARE

This is utterly pathetic. I feel criminalized. Lied to by a person who told me "thirty-five dollars will make this phone work until the thirty-five dollars is done." I thought that was the concept of a "go" phone, but with SEVEN hours left on my bill last night, I try to place a call this morning only to be told to go onto their automated service, which I cannot use, and try to pay. I actually can't seem to access a HUMAN unless I do pay, which is absurd. I know this will never be read, so I'll just say "DDoS Attack!" and "Hacks!" so that way they'll pay f*&%#(g attention. I have yet to get a person on the line, I have yet to resolve my issue, and I have yet to even place a call. I want to know what happened to my $35 last month!

This is the first review I have ever written but I truly feel this is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We recently change to version from AT&T. We have 5 iPhones and my husband spent hours on the phone to make this change. Things went smoothly when we transitioned to our new phones but we were told we were told we told we would get $1200 for our old phones. My husband has talked to 8 different customer service representatives/trade in department reps and no one can give us the offer we were quoted at first. In fact everyone he talks to has different trade in value and varying answers regarding promotion codes. Some say promotion codes end at the end of the year. Some say they have already expired. We are just looking for a straight answer. Even when talking to managers they say they will call back. We feel that we were given false information when deciding to change our service provider. No two representatives have given a consistent massage about what we will get for our phones. My husband has spent hours on the phone with no resolution.

I went to the Verizon store located spoke to Nick Owens, said Verizon was running a special program if we signed up early we would get a special rate that would start the next month. Waited two months, no reduction in rate, So I went to see him. He then said it would start at the end of our contract. He lied to me and tried to deny it.
