This is the absolute most WORST CUSTOMER service I ever seen in my life!! I haven't received my package yet from this company and it was shipped out on the 8th of February and it's the 12th!!! My order is still at the facility and haven't moved since its been there and you can't talk to anyone in customer service!!?
worst customer service line EVER!!!!!! I waited on hold for over an hour between people to get help with my package that seems to keep getting shipped into and out of the same darn facility. I am so ticked especially when the item I am waiting for I paid ALOT of my hard earned money for.
For a major agency you have the absolute worst customer service in the US. Your phone answering system is ridiculous, completely useless. You should torture & execute the designer. I'm actually trying to reach your Human Resources Dept. FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS. I would be an excellent candidate for a number of jobs & have worked in the govt. sector previously. But this miserable contact experience has turned me off. It's hard to believe you've lasted this long, but I imagine since you've got somewhat of a monopoly the American public, your customers, is of little concern to your management. They should be fired
i had to receive my important mail on 26th January but while i tried to track it it says out for delivery but hasn't been updated since. I called customer service they just created a case and told me to wait for 48 hrs.Its been 2 days of filing complains but nothing have been updated. I went to post office twice first the lady didn't know what to do, they told their supervisor and told me they will call me or call them. I never received any call and when i called them no one picked up. I went to usps office one more time, a supervisor looked around , tried to track the driver but couldn't come with any solution. The mail is very important but i'm treated like a trash. There's no sense of responsibilities. The mail was send first class priority and certified n i need it real bad.

Ordered a present for my daughters 18th Birthday to be delivered to the UK.
WILL NOT deliver it duty to additional charges
Can not contact them as there are no valid phone numbers

What a service
our packages were stolen as usps never rang the bell, we were home, filed a claim and made a police report as well as a usps complaint, they refused to pay the claim so now I have switch 100,000 + packages a year to fedex, just made a deal with them and specified not to third party my packages with usps or I do not use them either. Hey USPS, huge mistake messing with a company like mine
The post office should leave shipping to the real pros. My package was going from Ohio to Michigan. Simple right! But instead goes to Pennsylvania then Iowa leaves there 4 days ago and now has vanished. With no further updates. Both expected delivery dates have passed set from post office and ebay. Getting refund. But WHERE is the package!!! Money back doesn't fix the problem. I need my package.
Hi my shipment it's not delivery on time and date .I pay overnight but it's late 2 days , why I must pay overnight it's not del on time this is not first time. Why it's told me delivery on time and date or money back guarantee I wanna back my money its services it's to bad and this my last time for sending with usps ......
Paid $30 for Express Priority 2 Day delivery to New Mexico.Package has been in transit for 7 days today and its still not in New Mexico. Tried to use the customer service number phone number but you can not speak to a human only listen to the same recording over and over.I will never use the post office again to ship anything.
Very upset. Could have had the form I needed to fill out but the supervisor decided that he did not want anything to do with me so he sent me to a website that will not allow me to fill out a form or even provide me with the form. Called the 1-800 number and got the run around,. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT!!
Like so many others, attempts to reach a human being in customer service is nearly impossible. I can't fathom why any company or individual would use the USPS to ship any package! A package sent via priority 2 day mail still did not arrive eight days later and no further updates could be obtained via the website. I have told the company which used the USPS service that if they do not alter their shipping service, I will not do business with them again.
My package has not arrive yet to the destination, delivery date was Decmber 3. My tracking number only say is in the route, but Where is it? And when arrive?. I needed the package arrive yesterday December 3.I called but I can't speak with any representative. I need information ASAP. When I receive e-mal from you I can give my tracking number.

Wow, the USPS had written the book on bad customer service. I really need to talk to the post office in Bullhead City, Arizona but it is impossible to get a human being. What I need does not fit the very limited voice mail or on line choices. I am screwed with no options.
