Thought you might be interested to know that your website sucks. Yesterday I wasted a lot of time on the phone with a rep and he could not figure it out either. We were in hopes of ordering a pellet stove from Tractor Supply and could not accomplish it. Had to buy a different brand at another store. I'm a stock holder in the company and concerned about this problem. Any comments?

I visited the New Haven MI store this am (12/19/20 @ 0845) make a purchase, pick up an online order, and for a propane fill. Everyone was very courteous and professional, especially the men at the service desk online pickup, and the outside that loaded a ton of pellets and filled the propane tank. I hope this message gets to them, and those above.

I can not believe what I witnessed today. The store manager at the Hanover PA 17327. Screaming a employee, belittling her in front of not only other employees but in front of customers. How does this person Sue even have a manager position? I mean if I was the employee, I would have walked out or called the police for the fear she was going to hit me. Do you know this is called mental abuse, harassment. Embarrassing someone like that is not only disrespectful, but very unprofessional. Not only did this Sue yell at her. But she also disrespected another Male employee in front of others as well. All I could do was shake my head. No wonder I see new employees there all the time. I know I wouldn't put up with that.?

VERY UNHAPPY how I was treated at the tsc store on 11/13/2020. Store location was in Appleton WI on.cty UK. My Husband & I walked in without masks on. Both of us had the Corona virus back in June. And we both have complications with breathing when we wear a mask! So....the manager(or whoever she was)yelled from across the store "Ma'am you have to wear a mask!!!" She was so rude & snotty to me!!! She didnt even listen to me she just kept hollering at me!!! I think she could have handled this in a much better/quieter way! I do not know her name but I can describe her to you. She had blonde hair and glasses. Heavy build. I feel awful that I was treated this badly!!! As I spent enough money in this store! And so does my family!!!!! Please do something about her!!! At least let her know that she doesn't need to chase customers out of the store like she did us!

Automated "help" doesn't service anyone except the company's profit margin. Placed an online order 1063056727 and is says it shipped but no evidence of that. NO PERSON PICKS UP THE PHONE. Instead automated Hell with guaranteed NO ANSWERS. Pray to God it wasn't shipped UPS otherwise it will sit in their warehouse for 2 weeks "because of Covid" you may not like Jeff Bezos but at least the dude can ship and deliver products. But FAR WORSE is NO HELP. Like TS stores but won't order online again. The same garbage scenario with some other companies, they take your money and you have nothing. No product and no information as to when it will arrive. Then u wonder why Amazon has it down.

Floence sc store has terrible customer service.waited in line 15 minutes to purchase one bag of fish food. Only one register open with about ten customers in line.help was called to open another lane and to load an elderly woman's purchase. When l left still only one lane open and l helped the lady load her purchase.this is no way to run a business.

TS in Rindge NH had never required masks until on day we walked in an was handed one an told Id have to wear it to come in. I walked out. Called the store when I got home an was td it was due to the district manager being there. Decided to go in a week or so after NO masks needed. Been in there 2 other times NO masked needed. Today I drove over with my dog to use the dog wash. As I walked to the door there was a guy outside who stopped me an said I would have to take a mask if I didn't have 1. I said I dont. I also said I didn't need one the 3 times I came in. I asked why now? Is your district manager here again? He stummbled with his words an said they may have not had someone to stand outside an do what he's doing. REALLY!!!! So whats he's saying is masks are only important IF TS has an extra body to put outside to make sure everyone is wearing one! Thats ridiculous! I said I'm going into the dog wash, are you expecting us to wear a mask in there??? He again stumbled with his words. An said I dont know, probably not because your the only one in there. Sure didn't sound sure of himself.
NOT HIS FAULT AT ALL.
TS fault for picking an choosing when they want masks worn.
This was my final walk up to the door of TS. I have taken my dogs off your brand of dty food also. I have found Agway to be less money an much better customer service.
Just unreal. You ALL should be ashamed of yourselves.

Your recent advert for July 4 is absolutely irresponsible! Encouraging get togethers to celebrate the holiday is the wrong approach. The pandemic we are experiencing is dangerous and demands restraint. You are encouraging group celibration. How many people do you want to injure/ kill? Shameful! Do a rethink!

I go to Longview Tx several times a week. I have been to the store there several times and the people that work there will not help you. They tell you they will be with you in a minute and never come. I had to have a customer help me find a fly mask today. They are rude and lazy. Someone needs to secret shop them and see how terrible it is there. I usually go to the store in Mansfield where I get wonderful service. I do everything I can to avoid the store in Longview.

The store in Covington louisiana is a total mess! The aisles are full of boxes that haven't been shelved. Employees sitting and chatting to employee checking out customers on checkout line next to the only 1 line opened. Single line open is long. No social distancing at all throughout store. Use to be an awesome store. Don't know what has happened in the last 6 months

I am very concerned about the lack of concern for the safety of the elderly at Tractor Supply in Bandera county. No staff are wearing any facial coverings. I really wonder who is making the decisions to be contrary to the recommendations of our scientists during this pandemic.

I have traveled from Colorado to Texas this winter and stopped at many TS stores along the way in search of dog food. We feed your brand of canned 4-health Salmon and Potatoe and the stores are always out of stock. If this is your most popular brand why can't you stock more of it. Our primary store is in Buena Vista Colorado.

We were going to TSC for a specific item. I looked online to see if I might find a coupon and found the paragraph above instead. Excited! It's the last Tuesday of the month!! Found what we needed in the store but when we asked about the senior discount, the register clerk called her manager who said "no." Disappointed.

Please do not buy Schmidt Boots from Tractor Supply.....they can be defective and Tractor Supply DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THIS PURCHASE. Buy elsewhere.

I went on line, called your number. Due to excessive wait time, I did as told and went on line, only to be told it could not connect me "due to the heavy volume of customers."

I realize, this is a very busy time of year, but, when one is expecting a delivery, it would be great to be able to speak to someone rather than wind up in phone and computer loops, only causing further frustration - particularly for we "older generation" who aren't computer savvy or "hear/retain" quickly.

Real people truly are the best solution.

I am a once a week customer to your store and getting tired of purchasing mildew bug infested scratch corn,bird seed, and sunflower seeds Not only the inconveniences of taking it back this is truly pissing me off. There needs to be better stock and inventory control. I will request a refund for for my purchase plus FREE replacement. You need to step up and get with the program

on 8/7/19 i purchased a cub cadet 42in riding mower [ticket #498742 ] THIS MOWER WAS PURCHASED AFTER I had that same day purchased another mower that was on clearance and took it home it had mechanical issues with rough & banging noise . returned it to store and had to purchase another mower and pay an additional $200. mowed with CUB MOWER FOR 5-6 TIMES MOWING YARD . THEN ON LAST WEEK IN JULY 2019 WENT TO START IT AND IT STOPPED SPINNING AFTER ROTATING AT 359 DEGREES with HARD STOP and A LOUD METAL NOISE . then took it to their warranty shop . service dept person verified he experienced same issue. then they said it's problem was water in carburetor filling cylinder and not covered in warranty [based upon aledging finding black sand in carbureator bowl]. i have tried at cub cadet without success to get any upper level person to return my call. i have been a loyal/faithfull customer [over 20 years - spent with you $10's of thousands of dollars ] !!!

I was in your Jopli Mo store on Monday when a customer trying to return a space heater got into an argument with the service desk manager. Aparently the man had been waiting for some time and was getting impatient. The service mgr said coping an attitude will get you no where got loud and made a scene in front of many customers. The manager on duty wasn't much better but seemed to calm things down. The whole thing was very unprofessional.

I went to purchase chickens from Enfield Connecticut store they were only six left moments before I got there a store employee named Danielle bought the last six because a friend of hers was coming in to buy them so when I got there I was unable to purchase them I spoke with MOD name Michaela who refuse to sell them to me instead of the store employee because she said sorry dude first come first serve maybe you should go to a different store

Tractor supply in kimball, tn is the worst tractor supply I've ever been in; I needed help getting my dog food to the car; cashier called for help 3 times; and after ten minutes the cashier wound up having to do it! And when I came in I saw a lady on a fork lift so I know other people were there
