How can I talk to a real person? I have a phone I thought I lost I bought another but now that newer phone I can't hear on. And yes I have checked it and had it checked out. I found the phone I thought I lost and wanted to transfer all my minutes to that phone I thought I lost. I need a human!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There Needs to be an option to reach a Human I called 2 different numbers and they are exactly alike. I tried to do a live chat and can't do that either.

My Tracfone Has Not Arrived In Over One Month,the Empty Tf Exchange Air Bill Box Arrived Only, I Mailed The Bad Android Tracfone To You Over One Month Ago And My Replacement Phone Still Has Not Arrived! I Called Tracfone At Least 20 Or More Times And Your Customer Service Keep Promising It Will Come In 2 Days, And It Has Not Arrived In Over One Month!!! My Missing Tracfone Order Number Is: And Prepaid Tracfone Phone Number

Sending back a broken cell phone customer service was sending me an email which I could download and have printed off in my printer which was a shipping label have not seen it. All I've got was an empty box for sending the phone back. I sure hope someone reads it and gets me that shipping label I need. Also why am I being charged shipping charge on the three items I just ordered anything over $49 is supposed to be free

Update phone took 90 minutes. They only gave credit for 30 minutes.

I have been a Trac user for years and have never had any real problem.Until I made the mistake of getting a new phone and keeping my same Trac number. So far it has been two weeks and three simm cards with another coming probablt bt the week-end. I don't have any idea what the problem is but this is the last try. Besides your co. losing money from all the mailings and paying some one to sit and screw things up,you'll be losing my business.Alone it isn't going to break you but others will be joining me.

Look it up. Then see who is causing so much trouble. Three people so far but no more.

You people really suck. Today I bought 30 minutes of time from the Tracfone website. Or at least I thought I did. But instead of getting my minutes, I got a message saying that I had pending updates and should click on a hyperlink labeled "Click here." So I clicked on the hyperlink, and it brought up another hyperlink labeled "Continue." Well, guess what? Clicking "Continue" returned me to the original message screen. Eight hours later, I am trying to get through to a human being to help me out of this loop, but I keep getting told that my transaction is being processed. So I'm in limbo, with no airtime left on this freaking phone. But make no mistake, you guys did manage to charge my Visa correctly. Thanks for listening, and have a really bad day.

Not sure if this is the right place for this problem. I can't make connection for an International Long Distance to GDL.mx or receiving, they get the message not in service. Do they change the service for Intl. calls now?

Just wanted to let you know that after two days of problems,unresolved that for the third day I've gotten great results.I want to say that Roncl was wonderful.Had my problem fixed within a reasonable amount of time.Don't know why I kept getting put off ,being asked to give another 24 hrs.for the problem to be resolved.I can't praise him enough!!!

Why can't Tracfone do it right? My phone no is You are still charging me for the 125 minute plan/month which I wrote to your problem center and they issued me a check for the amount (21.83 which I am still waiting for. Now I get a notice from Tracfone telling me that in November 2016 I am going to be charged again for the 125 minute plan but you have already charged my Discover for it.

My husband's tracfone would no longer hold a good charge. We bought a new tracfone and wanted to put his old phone number and minutes on the new phone. My experience during this process was absoulutly horrific, I was made to feel at times that I was not being honest about the amount of minutes I had on the old phone. This process took about five calls to tracfone and hours of being sent to different departments for which I could not understand most of the process due to language differences. I will never purchase another tracfone again this was a miserable experience nor would I recommend it to anyone.

icalled the # on my trac phone , from a message i got they were doing up dates , and it will be 10 days before i get the new phones,and they cut the service from the pnone i have,, i,m in mylate 70,s and my husband is neae 90,s and we need our phone Now iwiwas told we could use it utill our new one gets here , but our service was cut offf HELP ~~`

I was recently informed by tracfone that my Samsung 2g phone with a camera svc was being upgraded, and would no longer work. They sent me a alcatel A205G phone which has no camera. When I called to say I needed a camera, their solution was, well you will just have to buy one as we don't supply a phone equal to the one you have. Another tracfone rip off, even though its their change that's causing the problem.Spent 3 hours and went thru 3 people to get the same answer. Yea, for mexico companies. Gues they are rippin us

When I called the customer service number that Tracfone lists on their website- it turned out to be an endless series of advertising promotions, never bringing me to a menu, much less an actual human being. I had to use Google to find a number that enabled me to talk to a Tracfone customer service rep. That is seriously obnoxious.

Your representative disconnected my tracfonr while attempting to activate the new phone you sent me, which had no SIM card. Now I have no service at all. I desperately need it tomorrow. Please help me

Bought my Samsung T40G from tracfone in 2013. Finally got used to it, all my numbers in it, did NOT want to change phones. Get email saying they were upgrading service, asked me to send last four of serial# to see if it was compatible with upgrade. Did, response said it was. Then service got really bad. I called, got offshore agent exceedingly difficult to communicate with. Asked for EFL agent, got one I could communicate with. He said response was in error, would send "similar" phone. Got an LG 306G which is NOTHING similar. Got to buy car chargers, it's a touch screen, looks really fragile, small keypad, hard to use, still don't have service in house and I've got to figger out how to try to transfer my numbers.
Tracfone shoulda never sold phones which wouldn't remain usable for no longer than this one has. They should at least replace with same brand/type and automatically extend a substantial amount of minutes/time to compensate for all this aggravation they've caused.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a Trac phone and then was told if don't work with trac phone. Tried to return it and where I bought said they won't take it back since its been more than two weeks since purchase. Just getting the runaround from trac phone. Customer wait to talk to a human is at least an hour. Company should go belly up and save everyone a big hassle.

I HAVE HAD IT!!!! Your phones and phone services is the WORST I've dealt with in my sixty years on this planet. You steal minutes,. When I call and finally get through the operators only have five answers to any question. The given answer by your people never has anything to do with the question I ask. I just received another replacement last Thursday (only after calling my Congresswoman). By the way why is it when I contact you nothing gets done but hen I contact my Congresswoman and two of my Senators, results happen. Immediately, too. Now this new phone has crapped out on me. When I turn it on and after it warms up the screen tells me "battery needed". What do think I am stupid??? The battery is always charged when I go to use it. I am a Disabled Gulf War veteran and I have internal problems such as seizures. I can not make 411 calls and you claim that the 411 is "jobbed out." Then why id there a two minute commercial advertising your product that I have to pay for on???? I have had near death seizures due to your phone(s)being useless. I guess it's FCC time as well as my Congresswoman, and the Federal Trade Commission. Let's see how you weasel out this time.
