What has happened to Tracfone Customer Service? For years it was very satisfactory. Suddenly, their app, My Account, doesn't work and they want you to pay $1 for them to help.I read the numerous customer service complaints; obviously nobody at Tracfone cares. So many things that were simple to do on Trafone is now a pain the××××××ass. Really sad and disgusting.

-I agree 100%. Tracfone is absolutely the worst. I was their customer for about 10 years and put up with their absolutely abysmal customer service. My last attempt to deal with the lasted 7 days and I spoke to at least 20 service representatives and my phone is still not right. Nineteen of them did not speak comprehensible English or did not understand English and/or were totally incompetent. I highly recommend that Tracfone be avoided at all costs.

have been trying for 4 months to resolve a problem with account have two different phone #'s and somehow tracfone has mingled both together and they cant seem to get it fixed does no good to talk to service rep help !!!!!!!!!!

I just spent 2hrs talking to different people that have no idea how to resolve a simple problem. They have a adjenda that is not focused on listening to the problem as common sense people and figuring out what happened. I tried to change my number to a different phone that required a new SIM card, the agent ordered the sim card gave me an order number but misunderstood the address. I called to say the card had not arrived. They required me to go through the change routine again, this person said the new phone is not orthorized co have its sim card changed. She did not understand that someone already ordered me aa new card.I asked for suppervisor, that found the order ns said it should arrive any day now, I asked to verify the shipping address and she said the one I gave her is not correct and to give her the correct number, I repeated the address and she said I needed to give her a different number since it did not match the number they sent the card to. GET MY POINT, THEY ENTERED THE WRONG NUMBER AND ITS MY FAULT. No she said that if the person recieving the package happens to reject it and they get it back, I can file for a refund, SAY WHAT. hOW WLOULD I HAVE HANDLED IT. I understand we have missed connedted, let me reorder a card for you now that I have a new address. ( She would not repeat the address I gave her, their rules do not allow that) and mail you another card, ( ITS A $! ITEM) MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. I'VE BEEN WITH TRACFONE OVER 15 YEARS

I got no service help at all. I was to be rooted to a expert and was going to be charged a fee for fixing tracphone problem. I have been with you since the late 90's with no problem. Till now. When I try to make a call an automated message says my service out, but I have 189.62 mins. And my service is good until May 14,2022. I lost almost 30 mins trying to get someone to answer the phone.

I keep getting notification of charges for updates on the weather that will be put on my phone.

I do not want this added to my phone. I do not use my phone much, so don't need any extra charges added.

Hi. I'm a US Tracfone client. Currently overseas. Trying to call the US Tracfone number, but 800 numbers from overseas not allowed. Can you supply me with your regular US nuber, i.e. 305....... Well I have had my phone for several years now and have always kept the minutes up. Until recently I tried to use it and it said i needed to add minutes? I had over 2000 minutes and 60 days left. So I called Tracfone?? Big laugh. Now my phone number has changed?? And it does not match my serial number?I can call out on it but no one can call me because it says it is an in-operable number??This is a complete disaster. I just live chatted to see if they could fix it and I was given the run around. DO NOT BUY A TRACFONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my phone just posted unregistered SIM I've had this service for at least 5 years and it give a message check call restrictions-34 call and system down and sent me to a service that wants to charge me 40.00 dollars

The last 2 tracfones that I have purchased have been JUNK. I have purchased a new phone and am requesting the number I have be closed out. 6162321366. I have a lot of minutes left but I guess they are just lost. This last phone, after entering code and pressing arrow to turn on, most of the time you had to try several times before it would work, then when trying to shut off could not shut off. Had to complete shut phone down to disconnect. The phone before that would just not hold a charge. Needless to say I am not happy.

Do Not Purchase Trac Phones {even Brand New} Off The Internet. We Got Four Only Two Work And They Will Not Refund Any Of The Phones Or The 100 Dollar Minute Cards. I Guess Two Out Of Four Aint Bad. Sincearly In The Hole 400 Dollars In Astoria.

Earlier this week I called Tracfone and told them my husband's phone would no longer hold the charge. As soon as he turns it on, it shuts off. After checking, the person I was talking with said she would have a new battery sent out. We opened up the package today and there was no battery in the box--only the packing material. I called Tracfone and explained the situation--after much holding on the girl told me that he was not eligibile for another battery. Since he never recived one in the first place--this doesn't make sense.

Very poor customer vaules. Will not stand behind their customers.retailers mess up and it is ok with tracfone! It seems as long as they make the money ,they dont care about making their mistakes right! They for sure dont care about their loyal customers.Take the money and run,theirs anouther sucker down the pike!

Hi.I have a number through go smart. There is no data access & internet for two days because Gosmart is transitioning to tracfone. It is very unprofessional to give this treatment to your customers. You gave no notice in advance that you are stopping these services for 2 days now. You need to make it right to us and credit us for the days with no data/internet service. We are unable to take care of business because of the poor way you are managing decisions at this point. Please improve your customer service and give us an optimum professional service not a deficient one. Credit us for the service time you took away , keep us informed, and resolve the problem soon.
