For the first time my copy came today. Not in a rapper just a lose magazine. It was completwly shredded nd torn. The only thing in tack was my name and address sticker. I would like it to be replaced as soon as possible. Thank you. Linda Rosen

I have paid the annual renewal by bank transfer in June and I do not receive Time Magazine. Seeing the comments I see that they are a disaster. I send them email and they don't answer They are unpresentable.

have been trying to renew the subscription for 3 months and getting absolutely nowhere,have renewed it 3 times and still don't receive it,worst service in 42 years that i have been subscribing

I'm Trying To Renew My Time Europe Subscription And The System Does Not Recognize My Account Number That I'm Taking From The Invoice You Have Sent Me.
Cannot Send By Mail The Credit Card Number To Be Debited With The Annual Fee Because From Argentina It`s More Expensive Than The Subscription.
Don`t Know What To Do. Time Europe Customer Service Page Does Not Work!!!

I try to get my payment done by sending you the payment details of my credit card. It doesn't work and still I get invoices. The website of your customer service Europe is still under maintenance. I don't know what to do to manage my subscription. Very bad customer service.

Miserable service since the new company took over time magazine international..all copies were sent from amsterdam..now after 40 yrs.!!! OF SUBSCRIBING.I keep getting invoices per post!! Bill paid and still I keep getting invoices!!!NO answere per tel in UK...what a mess,very disappointing and a miserable customer service.

Your service is very disappointing
tried to renew my subscription but it is impossible. the only way is to sent my card payment details by post which I am not interested. Where I can submit my customer no, so I can proceed with my payment

Three times I have sent renewal form to you and asking you to send an invoice. Nothing happens!

Now you send me an alert that my subscription expires.

Once upon a time "TIME" had a clear email adress if one had to be in contact regarding questions about one's subscription. Now I if I click on www.timeeurope.com/customerservice I have no idea with whom I'm dealing with as I get different contact sites, for instance this one.
TIME - what is the meaning of this crappy system? My only other option, if I want to establish a contact, seems to write a normal letter to UK or call by phone to UK.

I am in South Africa and extremely frustrated. I have been a subscriber of Time for very many years. Now I keep on receiving requests to renew my subscription with a self addressed envelope addressed to Time in Centurion, but it seems that office has been closed down, so I don't understand why I keep on receiving requests for renewal to be sent to the Centurion address. In addition, I have called your UK office twice and been told that an invoice would be sent to me via the post, not by email. This I have not received nor have I received any Time magazines for the past few weeks.

Is there anybody in your organisation that can spend the time to sort my problem out as I would very much like to continue receiving Time magazine.

You have automatically renewed my subscription as from August 2018 and R450 subtracted from my credit card without my consent. This is illegal. Please cancel my subscription immediately and refund me.

My name is Amos Pasternack and my subscription (Time 65 issues) was due to be renewed in august 2018. According to my files I have paidfor the subscription by bank transfer on 9.9.2018.
However I got a reminder with a new invoice date (16.9.1028).
I am also waiting for the free mystery gift

I never asked to have my subscription renewed and yet R 400.15 (South African Rand) has been deducted from my account.

This is illegal. Kindly cancel my subscription and refund my money.

I have been getting time for 4 years. I enjoy the magazine, but lately there have been inserts of China Focus that are obviously from the Chinese government, and are obviously communistic PR.
As a customer, I ask that you quite providing a mouthpiece to the Chinese government - they are our enemy, and I do not want to read their propaganda!! Thanks

I'm a 53 yo independent. I have been a regular buyer of your magazine since college in the mid 80's. Unfortunately, I can no longer support your magazine with my buying dollar based on the false cut paste cover of Trump and the crying immigrant. This cover was a false propaganda story which has been proven false. This is why Americans no longer trust the media and journalists. I hope you and your corporate entity figured this out and can do the right thing based on this falsehood. I will NOT fall into this kind of propaganda. It's shameful.

I have sent you many messages like the one below without receiving any answer.

Summarizing: I am retired and living in Brazil since 2010. Since then I have been trying to cancel my subscriptions of Time Magazine and Fortune. I am no longer receiving the magazines. I imagine you keep sending them to my address in NY ( at Colgate Palmolive). So, I am losing money. I am a retired person and I cannot afford to pay for someone to read the magazines during 8 years already.

I even tried once to call you and I was told nobody can find my data and that would be better do send and e.mail. But you never answer my e.mails. So I sent you an e.mail. (below you find it) with a photo of the labels of the last magazines I received. No answer was sent.

I am thing about hiring a lawyer to help me with this issue. Eight years paying you without being able to cancel the subscription is too much. Please, answer this e.mail so I know you have received it. Please, solve this issue. I am now retired and I don't have money to through away like that.

You always tell me you cannot find my name in your database, But you always find me when is time too charge my account.

In your 2/19/18 issue you showed a picture on pages 12-13 from Super Bowl LII and text that stated that the Eagles defeated the Patriots 44-31. WRONG on both sides of the -. It was Eagles winning by a score of 42-33. Pretty sloppy proofreading !!!!!!!!

Your print is too small and some Pages the color contrast is just impossible to read the print..
