I want to cancel my services with Suddenlink .... what do I need to do ?

We've been having major problems the last few days on our business account - calls are not coming through and we are losing thousands of dollars daily because of it. I spoke with a technical rep out of Tyler, Texas - Stephen. He was one of the rudest reps I've ever spoken with. To the management at Suddenlink: Train your employees to be more customer centric. Since your service sucks, a well trained staff may be able to help you retain customers.
I have been 5 days without any internet, cable, or phone service, AS WELL AS ZERO ABILITY to communicate with your company. I appreciate the fact there has been a storm, yet I do not appreciate your inability to speak with your customers concerning sharing information with them. I am in Kinston, NC, on Stallings Drive. Please provide some form of communication with your customers or Century Link and On Demand will have a surge of new customers.
I need the CEO of this company to contact me asap. I have searched for over an hour for corporate phone numbers or an email and there is nothing. When you call suddenlink and speak to the manager megan she had no info and can not help i would like to settle my issue before Ruth Charles
I had an issue with my bill and called the WV Office and talked to Liz, she was helpful and nice. She transferred me to Sophia #5552 who was very rude and hateful, she had no intention of trying to help me. Sophia needs another serious course in Customer Service. Now I see that being a VIP customer is worthless, when new customers can get the same service I have for almost half the price. I'm considering cancelling ALL my services and then come back as a new customer and get the discounts. If Frontier was any good I'd switch. I've been a customer for at least 20 yrs and feel I deserve a better deal. I'm VERY, VERY dissatisfied with Suddenlink.
I have been waiting 15 mins. In a RM full of people ahead of me. There is absolutely NO privacy regarding bills. For an office for Amarillo u only have 6 desk employees. When I tried to make pmt at pay station I was told to come here. My waiting time is worth at least $20hr...which I will b deducting from my bill. This is now documented.
I'm at my wit's end with suddenlink. I have been trying to reach a supervisor or manager on the business side that has a little bit of authority to make a decision. The "paid by the hour" customer service agent, Olga, tells me there is no one higher than her to make a decision. I can assume she cuts and signs her own paycheck. If anyone at suddenlink actually reads these comments, some sort of response would be nice. I won't hold my breath though.
I have called several times about issues with my cable and internet service. Y'all came out to check to make sure I'm getting the best quality of service abd every since then my cable had gone completely bad abd my internet speed is so slow a turtle could beat it. The cable either just shuts down it kicks nd out of a program. They have cans it twice to fix this problem abd it's still not fixed. I have never had such terrible service from any cable company. I'm about ready to switch because the amount I'm praying for your service is a disgrace fit the quality of the service I get.
I have been waiting an a call back from a supervisor for over 2 weeks now. Latoya extension 2729. She was suppose to review a phone conversation that I had the night before regarding my bill, payment, ect. Melissa one of suddenlinks customer service representative ran my credit card without my authorization. I have been with Suddenlink for about 2 years and this is my first time having to go through what I am now. I feel like Suddenlink does not care about their customers if so, I would of at least received a phone call by now. I've called many many of times trying to get a hold of Latoya the supervisor that was suppose to be contacting me, and I can never get her on the phone. So today when I called customer service the representative tells me that nothing has even been done on my this whole situation. I am still waiting on $93 to be put back on my credit card like I was told and come to find out the ticket has never been started. I guess I will just get my internet service from somewhere else since the supervisor can't even give me a call back.
This is one horrible company. I waited 20 minutes on Sunday listening to how wonderful they were ands hung up. Now today Monday I waited over 15 minutes to get the most unhelpful customer agent and supervisor on the planet. They claim there is no way they can give me a contact number to their administration.
Horrible company. $239.00 a month for absolutely horrible service.
This has been my worst experience with your so-called service. I have been hung up on by the security sales folks after being on hold for several minutes. I am thoroughly angry and will probably go to a competing security system. I give you more than $2400 a year and feel that I deserve much better treatment. The technician who eventually tried to help was very nice and tried to be helpful, however.
I just found out that suddenlink phone customers do not get their name in the local phone books anymore..........so how the heck do people who want to call me find my number ?????
As a matter of fact how do I get to see my own phone number ?????? This is ridiculous !!!

Like the suddenlink man said , I went to directory.suddenlink.com but there was no tab that said phone number listing !!!
Please answer above questions as I phoned some other suddenlink neighbors whose name is also not there and they were shocked .

Suddenlink has to be the worst ISP ever. It takes me 20 seconds to load Google for crying out loud. I have the 15Mbps plan and if I see it reach this speed it is with the most incredible packet loss I have ever witnessed. My ping to a city about 100 miles away is over 55ms which is total bs. I think I am going to just cancel and try dsl.
