The Starbucks at 901 N Franklin in Tampa, Florida is a block from my hotel. The spinach wrap and Misto are far better than the free breakfast at my hotel so I've eaten there every day of my stay. The staff are so very kind and always have a smile for their customers. I will always remember them for the outstanding customer service they provided, which far exceeded my expectations. They should be a model for all of your stores; they set a very high standard.

I truly don't understand why a 20 billion dollar company can't hire independent cleaning companies for their bathrooms. Here in California EVERY Starbucks bathrooms are disgusting. They make their employees clean the sinks and toilets and slop a dirty mop around. How is it most business I know can hire a company every evening to come in and clean and are not a retail company where hundreds of people use it daily. Starbucks should at least hire a company a few times a week to keep up on the grime. The walls are all stained and I can't imagine what is on the floor. Shame on them

Thanks for stopping me from drinking coffee. I was told that I could not be sold 1/2 lb of coffee at your Starbucks locations in Sussex, Wisconsin.
I problem needed to quit anyways

Customer service at the location at 1195 east Thousand Oaks Blvd in Thousand Oaks ca. Is horrible have complained two times over last six months and still horrible. This location could definitely use some training and management change. Attitude of some of the baristas is not very friendly and not suitable to customer service.

I have checked my Starbucks rewards nothing is being recognized no money on account etc. what is going on and when will payment rewards etc be available? Once the new program start will all my purchases be recognized? I hand made 4 purchuses I am a loyal customer for many years. Why is it so hard to find the bottles of "coffee" frappuccino? Specifically in the Lansing, Michigan area?

I love mixing the "coffee" and "mocha" flavors. 1 - 13.7oz coffee to 2 - 9oz mocha's. Delicious!!

Why aren't you giving out music selections anymore on your phone account apps? Miss the music. Can only load so many phone apps- it's getting to be like mashed potatos,mashed potatos and mashed potatos for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please bring back the music.!

I have tried several times to resolve a problem reloading my Starbucks app.. Wasting hours of my time. I would like to be issued a new gold card so I don't have to deal with your app

I use the store in Manhattan at Park Avenue and 49th Street (diagonally across Park Ave from the Waldorf) fairly regularly. Most often I find the staff very disengaged from the customers. Today, the person who took my order (she was idle and did call me "next"), proceeded to work on opening coin rolls rather than do my order, which was a cup of coffee. She asked some other employees to get it, but either no one heard her or they ignored her. Finally after opening several rolls of coins and filling her register drawer, she complained about the other employees, and got my coffee. It wasn't very long, but I felt like I was the last priority, not the first.

I was in the customer service business with a world class company noted for WoW'ing the customer. I would never have tolerated this behavior, and I certainly would have been aware if there was a pattern love he this at a particular store, which there is in the case of this Starbucks location.

The website doesn't work; when I called customer service was told their computers are updating-to call back in 3 hours.

Such a big company so disorganized-poor or no customer service.

Its so sad how you treat your customers. You have suspended my credit card for no reason and you will not only unsuspend it you wont even talk to me. Its been months. My credit card company said that it allows the auto charge and you reverse it immediately. My husband is a doctor who works hard and looks forward to a coffee everyday at lunch. We are upstanding citizens who have paid all their bills on time for over 50 years. Such a shame you would treat such nice people so horribly..so horribly. I will be tweeting my story, facebooking my story wherever I can.

I went to disney where everyone is happy,not at the Starbucks in the magic kingdom,I was treated with rolling eyes and impatience,they got my order wrong,then would not give me my change back,I paid more for what I got!!!

Today I went to the Starbuck's store in Greenville, NC on Greenville Blvd. I am a regular customer. There was a new male employee, and I asked for a grande mild, an easy drink to make. This server gave me the coffee, and said "Here is your 'cawfee'", in NY accent, clearly jamming me. So then it turns out there are grounds in the coffee, so I asked another server to replace it. He was friendly enough, but worked on at least 3 other drinks, and did not even get to mine at all. So I told the manager that I will not return to this store. I do not know what action he took, but they do not deserve my business any longer. I paid for my drink but did not wait for it, and went to another store in town where they are always friendly (near ECU).

I go to the Starbucks located on Market and 3rd from time to time. I had bought coffee earlier in the morning on Wednesday the 18th. But as afternoon came and was having lunch with a friend, we went back to the same Starbucks for I assumed the people that work there are friendly and other Starbucks have great customer service. I was wrong. My friend needed to use the ladies room and I asked politely to the barista. The barista told me I had to go in line and BUY something. This was an unfortunate experience for my friend and I. I won't be coming back to that Starbucks.

I go to neighborhood. Store about twice. A week sadly every time they show me and treat me as if they hate their. Job and despise me they say only money amount an shut down counter outside. Is always. So dusty i think they are descriminators i am thinking about. Telling al my friends about this particular store unless i see a big change. Disgusted Hector D

I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years. I work at the Beverly Centre and every morning I went to Starbucks. Through out the years the staff has changed many times. The staff that currently work there is the worst. They stand around talking, they're rude and unprofessional. I drink decaf and I am always told that they don't brew decaf which is fine. So I ask if they can do a pour over and I'm always told that I have to take a decaf americana. I said that's not what I want and was told in Spanish to go to Coffee Bean. Although I am not Spanish, I do understand it. That to me was very disrespectful as well as unprofessional. I will never go back again after 10 years.

I have been a loyal customer at Starbucks Beverly Center for many years. During this time period I have seen many changes. The staff that presently works there are rude, lazy and unprofessional. They stand around talking while customers are waiting. I ask for decaf coffee and is always told that they don't serve decaf and I have to get a decaf americana. I asked if I could get a pour over and was told that they don't do that and I might want to go to Coffee Bean. I am very displeased with the service I continue to get there.

University Union on the U of M main campus recently added a Starbucks. I have given them several chances to serve me, and not once has the service been acceptable. They are rude, never smile, the last person who made my drink even had earbuds in the entire time - which could explain why my drink was made incorrectly - as it often is. Only when I have ordered a plain coffee has my drink been ok. I will never purchase at this Starbucks again.

I have made numerous calls and still no improvement in this store, #7954, Millington tn. The district manager obviously needs to follow up as this location is consistently running out of product. Frequently out of Venti cups, weekly out of white chocolate. I drive thirty minutes daily, every day to get a coffee and it's really turned into nothing but a waste of time and gas when anything I order they can't make. I'm five minutes from a McDonalds and burger king who serve iced coffee as well beginning to think it would be more worth my time. I prefer Starbucks but not if constantly wasting hour of my day not to mention the cost to be told regularly they are out again.

I have been going to the 601 South Grady Way Starbucks for a month around 8:15 a.m. There are seven Starbucks employees working but only one of them is working as a barista. Is it possibel for at least one of the seven people working the cash registers and food case to also make coffee orders or at least run for the barista? The line is hugely long as it winds completely around the lobby.

Please figure out some way to make this line move more efficiently.

And bu the way, my iced mocha order is not that difficult to make but I rarely get the fewer pumps of cholcolate I ask for, I do not like sugary coffee.
