I ordered a Samsung Galaxy II and called for a return shipment form and was told that they no longer gave 30 days for a return and even if I had returned it, I would still be subject to the 2 year extension and the buyout would be $350.00. I had been with Sprint for 7 years and I noticed that my bill kept going up and up. 10 bucks for 3g svc and after the Samsung another 10 for 4 g. I pointed out that we dont have 4 g and was told that didnt matter, that my phone had that capability so I was being charged. I was never informed of the 14 day return which I was told by the rep that it started when the phone shipped and by the time they recieved it on the return. Meaning if it sat in the warehouse 2 days before shipping and another 2 or 3 when received, that given the mailing time and time for me to play with it, say 2 days to decide I wanted to return it, it was engineered so the customer was at a time disadvantage and would be stuck with the phone, charged and also the auto contract extension. They are told not to tell customers about the new policy and you can no longer order phones from sprint you have to get them from a 3rd party...Best Buy.
Im done with Sprint, the extra charges, the higher rate to buy out your contract and the total lack of customer service. I have always paid on time, never been cut off and I feel because I was a long time sprint customer they used my familiarity with the usual policies against me and trapped me into being unable to return the phone in a timely manner and the extra 4 g charge which doesnt exist, and the 100 dollar increase in the buyout. I ported my number with Cox and will get a tracphone when I travel. I was shown no respect cooperation or caring or even any motivation on their part to retain me as a customer...Wish granted!

enter action i. I was calling sprint because my Internet wasn't working and I need tech support. As I was explaining my issue Porscha started Laughing. I asked her what was funny? What's funny about me? She laughed again. Then replied I don't you what you are talking ma'am. The conversation was record, so it's clear evidence she laughed twice at me. I felt discriminated, and uncomfortable during the call. Why am I being treated like this and I'm paying $88 a month in full, and sprint staff discriminating against me. I was so upset, I am commenting and did not resolve my issue with someone else, but I felt offend and very upset. I will contact corporate because I want something done about this conflict I had with the employee Porscha. She had an African American voice, not sure of her race. Also, I am African American too.

I was a nextel customer for 13yrs and the service was great. after Sprint started taking over my service got worse. i was told they were weeding nextel out and the sprint service was better. i was not in a contract for 4 yrs and i went with sprint. this was right after the hurrican hit. i had no service. i was told because of the storm and service would be restored and better than before. the service still sucks and my 2 week return policy is overe and they now want me to pay a cancellation fee. is this how they make there money.. bad service and then charge people when they drop them for their bad service..

This sprint cell phone is a joke nobody can't call me phone calls drop.always I pay too much money for this. This has been happening since I got the phone time out I am not making any changes I am serious about this phone service

I just called and spoke to Jessica (a service representative.) SHE was delightful and professional, prompt, very helpful and very easy to work with.. unlike most calls going to customer service numbers.

Sorry you'll be there on Thanksgiving- but happy you'll be there if someone like me needs you. Maybe few will lose their phone in cranberry sauce or something.. and you can leave early!

Thanks Sprint for having someone like Jessica on the other end- versus a "THIS IS PEGGY" guy there to give us a run around!

There customer service is a joke I called in to get my phone fixed and within 10 on phone with them the guy asked me four times about paying my bill and didn't even fix my phone all he said is bout my bill wow it keeps saying error 67 how many times do u have to tell someone something before they shut up and listen to you

Just got off the phone with Carmen from the Sprint Call Center in Texas. (254)-298-3758 after 43 mins of complete frustration and disappointment. This being my >8th call in the three months since I switched from verizon. I found I have no service at my home unless we walk to the end of the driveway and went to the store to cancel and was told there is a weak antenna in the EVO 3D so they gave me the S3 and I had the same problems. Returned and they said they would send me an "AiravE" that will give me service off my wifi. Crappy, but ok if it works. Well after waiting a week and never seeing anything I called and had to be re-qualified for it!? I did qualify, according to the pleasant tech I talked to (Juna)and was transferred to an account mngr who proceeded to tell me I don't qualify because I'm a new customer?! I would have to pay $150 for the unit to make their service work. I said no thank you and asked what I need to do to exit. $700 ETF because I have the S3 and my wife has the IPhone4S, my first bill was over $300 and since June we've incurred $712 on the account when it was supposed to $140 a month. While on my heated call today Carmen said they made a $100 adjustment without my knowing so my bill is $612 along with the $700 etf. Mind you I paid for the phones in the store so there should have only been the normal 1st month criminal charges. Of coarse with the phone switch and the waiting for the airave I was led past my "trial period" and was told that there's other providers you can look at, but this is your bill. My talk/data/text usage was less than an 1/8 of what I had previouslly used when I had verizon yet sprint says that I used the phones so the bill is Justified, even though to use it I had to leave my house and the internet rarely worked. Sprint's customer service is less than disgusting and the corporation as a whole is close to organized crime.

I went to two (2) different stores to try and get my current phone number on a corporate account switched to a personnal account. They can not do it for some reason. I am a contract employee at the current corporate account who transfered this number originally from my personnal account 4 years ago. I am leaving the account and need the number back. This has tyo be done this week.

I just walked in the Sprint store (by the way still here) there are no customers in the store, yet he tells me to come back in an hour... REALLY! Why would you want me to come back just to tell me you could not fix it. I had a problem with them last week when my screen turned purple for no reason... I have been with sprint since 2005 & have not switched because.... well you just they keep it right. I am trying to hold out until Feb 2013 so I want get hit with early disconnect fee. Sad for me... I work in the hotel & medical industry & if I treated customers the way sprint did... I would lose my job. But hey who cares about the customer... from working at Marriott if this is the way they treat their customers.... I can bet they treat their employees the same way. This applies to you Allen location off Mcdermott, Plano Pkwy & Preston. My favorite two lines from them "come back in an hour" or "we are just a 3rd party vendor"........ LaCheryl

were told from manager Greg id # 369-312-42 that after calling for three months and being promised retuen calls ( from the enginering dept.) that there is nothing he do. even though I was told to call corp. as if i changed to a 4g instead od a 3g phone i might not have this problem. After being a customer for 10 years i woukld think that could be done!!!!!
Imagine being told by Greg to change my phone service!

14 weeks ago, our 3 Sprint phones lost signal reception in our neighborhood, and never worked here again. I have talked with Sprint 6 or 7 times, they always say "We're building a new cell tower, it will be complete in 2 weeks." The other day they said "6 more weeks." If I mention "Why are we paying all this money for no service" or "Please cancel my contract" - then I am transferred to someone who tries to double-talk and b.s., or I am just cut off. In this era, federal government and big business are in collusion. They have disdain for the working man, and we are screwed.

called sprint today 6/25/12 to dispute a charge my records show a pasword that they tell me does not match + since the acct. is my husbands name he needs to go to a service center with 2 forms of i.d. since Alisya(sp) is not a doctor I did not feel I needed to tell her why my husband could not do this. I am disputing the charge of $38.92 for upgrade activation. I did not upgrade. Alisya needs to learn people skills she was very rude.

I changed my password and the next day i forgot it! the Blackberry wiped out ALL my information and contacts. After calling you for information, i was sent to your tech support. I was told to synchronize my email accounts and my contacts will come back! After 2 hours, i call back to find out that i can not get my contacts back!!! Thanks!!! Why am i talking to someone that is suppost to help me, WASTE my time for 2 hours with the WRONG answer???? The support i'm getting is POOR at best and INCOMPATENT at the WORST!!! My contract is up in November, i will try to find a Telephone Company with better support and customer service reps that understand THEIR product!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!

we have been a customer with Sprint for 10 years and have 4 lines. We are getting rid of them one at a time. They have the WORST customer service, we get disconnected every time we call. I replaced my phone which I pay a fee every mth for replacement plus we have a 100.00 deduciable and they send me a refurbished phone that freezes up and turns off. What makes it bad that don't make my EVO any more but wont change it for another... DON"T EVER COME TO SPRINT!!

nextel customers are left out in the cold!
sprint dos'not have any phones that are compatable with the qualty of motorola.
nextel service is not there any more!

I HAVE ONLY BEEN A SPRINT CUSTOMER SINCE DEC,AND I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY CONTRACT IS UP. FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS I HAVE BEEN HAVING A WHOLE LOT OF DROP CALLS,I CALLED SPRINT THEY SAID IT WAS THE NETWORK.SO ON MAY 8 I TOOK MY PHONE TO THE SHOP FOR A SECOND TIME,THEY CLAIM IT WAS THE PHONE. IHAVE TALK TO ATLEAST4 SUPERVISORS AND HAVE HAD 3 TICKETS DONE,AND STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.THE PEOPLE THAT ANSWER THE PHONE NEED CLASSES ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC AND NOT BE RUDE, EVEN THE SUPERVISORS ARE RUDE. MY ONLY THING IS WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR PAYMENT TO BE MADE THEY WANT THERE MONEY BUT WHERE IS THE SREVICE.

SPRINT IS A JOKE! They overcharge their customers for bogus reasons and have absolutly NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! After 9yrs of loyal service (1st nextel in which I loved!)I had a technical problem with my old and extremely simple phone, not only did they charge me $50 to fix it but they sent me a different phone that was going for $25.99 in all their stores! My 2yr old accidentlly dropped my phone in the dog dish 2 weeks after my new "cheap" phine came in & they wanted another $50! Imagine that! So I switched to "the happiest people in the network" LOL! However after 9 years of service they tried to get me for a cancellation of contract fee even though my contract had been up for over a year! As for their customer service agents...it is very very rare to get an american that you can understand & it is obvious they are reading ALL their answers off a screen! Try once to ask a common sense question....holly crap the sky is falling!! They have no clue what to say! Nextel was great as nextel, but as Sprint they are GARBAGE!

Sprint/Nextel is the worst. I have been a verizon wireless customer for year but decided to switch because of the unlimited data plan they offered, WRONG... Only unlimited on there network and if you travel to Idaho, Montana, South Dakota you wont have any service. Roaming Maybe that you will pay a bunch for.
Customer service is worthless. I ended up paying a bunch of money for 21 days of service then canceled, The first phone i received didn't work so I called and they put out a service ticket on it, 6 or 7 days later I called them back because i did not here from them and my service still didn't work, I returned the phone and in the meantime i had ordered another one from there website, still not working, had bars and even 3g but couldn't receive data. I told them that i would just like to cancel my contract. they told me that there would be a 350.00 termination fee. I said why I haven't had any service but voice and Im paying for unlimited everything. They said i was past my 14 day trail period. I said you have to be kidding me. I Have not had had service.
BUYER BEWARE SPRINT ? NEXTEL is the worst cell provider out there. PERIOD. I went back to Verizon at least they have ENGLISH speaking help that can understand your needs. Thanks VERIZON keep up the great work.

not very happy with nextel right now.. ordered new phone on saturday the 10 said it would be over nighted and i would have it monday. well its tuesday evening the 13th and according to the tracking info my phone has not left the warehouse yet. this is just the one of several problems i have had with sprint/nextel. when ordering my replacement phone 1st call was told i did not have a account, now iv been with nextel a long time. the 2nd time i called was disconected and the 3rd time finally got through. now i was going to up grade and buy new phone bet there would not let me put in on my account and wanted me to sign another two year contract. now after all i been through you think i am staying with sprint no way there sevice sucks an to top it off they did not have a loaner phone in dekalb but told me i could go to north aroura and get a loaner now thats just a slap in the face. leaving nextal asap

I have been going back and forth with Sprint customer support for 3 months now. They lie to you and make false promises that they cannot keep and when you call back they deny that any promises or such were made and I even had a customer support person call me a liar and hang up on me. I am still trying to get a straight story out of them on getting an upgraded phone and when I ask to go up the chain of command they get me a supervisor but will not allow me to talk to anyone higher up than that.

Overall the worst customer service EVERY! all the managers are very rude they didn't even bother to help me at all! they messed up my plan soo bad! & now I owe them 300 with there mistake they made! unbelievable!

Very disappointed with Sprint. I didn't think I would find anyone worst then a used car salesman but Sprint just top the list.(no offense to used car salesman). At least you can kick the tires and open the hood with a used car. With Sprint once you commit there is No going back.

I have been spending the last two weeks trying to complete this transaction but I still have car chargers back ordered. The salesman told me the accessories for my 3 phones would be in the Tuesday after the phone was delivered on Monday, then Thursday, then the following Tuesday, then Thursday again, and then I called Friday and they told me everything was in. When I got there Saturday everything BUT the car chargers in.

If the accessories were the only problem I could have let this go. Here is a list of other problems I had to deal with,
1. It took 3 days for them to transfer my old phone numbers from AT&T to Sprint.
2. Each line item on my invoice was written with a description of miscellaneous. I had to ask them to rewrite my invoice with a proper description. They never indicated on the invoice anything being back ordered. Besides how do you back order miscellaneous?
3. One day after I got my phone Sprint want my opinion on there service and I couldn't give an answer because at the time I was waiting for 2 back ordered phones with accessories and the transfer of my numbers. And now that I ready to give them my opinion there is no one wanting to know. (This is why I'm on this web site).

After all this being said I pray my Sprint service will be better then my AT&T service. Time will tell.

As a customer for 7 years, the sprint customer agents are polite and courteous. Its the companies policies that are in need of repair. I spoke with three different agents concerning an upgrade to a optumus 3. I had it for 31 days. The batteries went dead on it 2 separate occasions. The resolutions was poor outside. The key pad was designed by an engineer who never types on a traditional keyboard. The touch pad was hard to work. The reception at my home was horrible and more often then not I was being charged for roaming fees. I returned it 30 days after I received it and was told I was no longer able to upgrade. On top of that I had to go to two locations to return the phone and was charged a $35 fee to restock. This was not on the literature which I received from sprint to update. They said I could return any time with the 30 day at no charge.I am going to think hard about continuing on with my contract.
