This is f---ing ridiculous; how do you operate a business with no one to speak to?

I called support they asked for cc info said they will reinburse the $1.00 fee/ then reinburse me. then a screen came on saying pay $39.99 I exited out of the screen. Now I am very concerned what will happen here. They have my banking info. Who do and how do I contact please.
Why must I have to login every time to listen to the music I never had to do that before it's a real inconvenience I'll start listening to other music programs if this persist, I've been listening to Pandora for years without having to deal with this I hope this can be remedied

My very first time Pandora's store ..excited had to buy something bought beautiful necklace. After about two months the necklace tarnish it was supposed to be silver with crystals ..was gaven such a Runabou, were so committed not to give me another one.finally I asked for a manager she said I'll do this one time I thought there was a warranty for a year on your jewelry on defects. I return today 14th one of the stones looks dark the excuse was SORRY we're having a sale and today is last day not allowed to do cleanings come back tomorrow I will be returning that necklace to be fixed and I hope they give me another one if it's not fixable very frustrated with your store and employees
looks like they hated being there not very friendly. I don't like to take the time to complain I am over 50 and and have been in retail for over 30 years.Hate to see your store fail, (you have very nice jewelry) do to making your customers feel inconvenient.A Disappointed customer.
I need to update my payment information. You do not make that easy or even possible to do. How can I reach someone that can help me? This is ridiculous. You provide a telephone number with no one to answer the phone.
How do people change their payment info when their card has expired and they have a new number like me?

I have a really basic question, regarding whether or not Pandora has sold me two premium service accounts, when I clearly only need one. I keep getting steered to HelpOwl, which then informs me that I should be dealing with Pandora directly, which then steers me back to... you get the idea.
Is there any means of just getting information on my account from Pandora directly?
I am not able to get onto Pandora on my phone however I can on my computer. What's up with that I am paying and I cannot use it where I usually use it is in the car so I need it on my phone otherwise I'm going to cancel my account. I like Pandora and I use it every day but in the car only please help with any advice I have reset my password at least for five times and that does not seem to work. Pandora will not play on my WD TV Live Plus. I have been a loyal Pandora subscriber since the beginning. I really like Pandora Radio. But it no longer works in my multimedia system. Has there been a change in the streaming format? Error message from WD TV LIve plus states the format is not supported. This is concerning because I have been listening to Pandora radio on the device for more than a few years without problems. This is not a change within my device.
