This Service Sucks. I've Prepaid For Two Months, January And February. This Is February 8th, And I Do Not Have Any Phone Service Tonight. I Have An Important Call That I Am Not Able To Receive And I Can Not Call Out!!! Disgusted!!!

Paid my bill and 3 hours later phone is still not on. Can not reach any customer service agent. Wtf?

I have had Page Plus for almost 9 months and the problem I consistently have is refilling my minutes. Whenever I finally get someone on the phone they try to sell me on auto-pay. In using the various posted numbers on-line I burn up the few minutes I have left waiting on hold. I can never get through on ANY of their posted customer service phone numbers. Well Page Plus it been a nice ride but I will have to move on. There are too many other things in life that one has to contend with and one of them should not be whether or not you cell phone will work. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

Log in doesn't work either. Keeps saying email and/or password not good even after they send you a new one. Booo...

I've lost my phone I want to buy a new one and get service .I have check a dozen web. site. to get a phone number and can't find one to call you. PLEASE HELP or I will have to go else where .

A total disappointment, page plus needs a 24 hour customer support line or else the company will lose its customer. I cannot receive calls, missed interview and work. Definitely have to make a switch asap.

No service watsoever since 4 am i am very disapointed! Missed important phone calls and lost a client because of the bad service

Unable to receive or make calls, unable to send or receive messages, NO NOTIFICATION. I am beyond PISSED OFF. I need my phone for personal as well as business. I am disgusted by this service right now. Since Customer Service is so busy they shut down I think I'll have to messenger pigeon the corporate office how utterly disgusted I am with the shoddy service I have received from this company. As a loyal customer of 3 years who has referred at least 10 friends and famiy members... I'm going back to Boost Mobile, this is too much!

Very Un Happy! I Wake Up And No Phone! Can Not Call Out Or Recive Call No Text And Inet Just Quite Workin..i Know I Am Not Out Of Data. Just Paid The Monthly Payment..ofcourse Sitting On Hold From Someone Elses Phone Is Just What I Need To Be Doing Today. Anyone Know What Is Going On? I See Alot Of Post On Here Having The Same Issues As Me..i Need My Phne. I Pay Good Money For This Service And Should Not Have To Call And Find Out Why It Is Not Active..i Will Be Changing My Phone Service Asap!!!

Cassandra from Arizona and I'm having the same issues as everyone else who is posting today. Are you going out of business Page Plus or filing bankruptcy> My phone is not working today and I need it both for personal and business related matters. This is very rude for Page Plus to do this to all their customers with no notice and no way of contacting them to find out what the problem is and if/when it will get fixed. I've also been with you for over a year and this is very unfair to all of your cutomers. If something does not get settled quickly and we do not all get the cutomer service and support we need... Page Plus will be losing a lot of customers. And law suits may be brought out over such a disaster. My bill was paid by the due date and this is alarming to me when I can't even get a hold of a customer service rep to deal with these new issues that are arising.

Page plus what r u doing we need our phones. I call cusyer sevice from another phone and can not get threw. U should send out a reverse phone message or e_mail to your customers. I'm sure all of us are losing $$. More than our monthly fee we pay for your service. all of your customers should file a class action law suit. U need to apolize to all your customers and start issuing us $100. 00credits.

What's going on. I get a message from page plus saying my bill is due an it ain't due till the 2 of next month. I get up and my service is off. I missed my call from a job interview for the city. I fill page plus should give everyone a month free. Steve in cali

Tried to refill my monthly plan and I'm still not getting my service. I do not pay them money just to pay them money. I down graded for this reason, but I guess not much of a down grade if I still keep having issues in more ways than one. Time to switch to something else... I had a horrible 3 months with you!

got page plus service to day it worst than the sprint service i had. once and a while with i could call from home. can't receive or send with this service. i believed i was saving a male deer (bucks) however this is not the case. no cell no calls in reality i have no phone

I called Page Plus to ask a question about getting service and got recording saying due to a heavy call volume I must call back latter.I then sent e mail asking my question,three days latter I still got no response.It is hard to believe that a company can operate when there is no one to answer the phone.I guess I won't be using Page Plus service
