Returned item which arrived damaged over a week ago and no refund??

I have attempted to resolve issue with order shipment and return since September 23, 2022.
Agents are very friendly (based on scripts) but their interpretation of situation is limited. Also, the information on data base misrepresents the facts to confuse both agent and me.
I am forced to dispose of product that should have been picked up
I brought one comforter set and you guys in eaten and you took it out of my account I want my money put back in my account and you sent me the wrong size I needed a clean and you sent a king please put my money back in my account and send me the right time being that I ordered
I purchased a Sunjoy 10x10 Gazebo with Netting and Khaki Canopy from Overstock on August 11,2020 for $300 Order# 3037180005. I was told it would be arriving on August 24,2020. I was given a tracking number. When I click on the tracking number it confirms that it has been shipped and is in Morrisville, NC at the UPS location where I live. I never received it. My husband called Overstock last night on August 27, 2020 and spoke to a Customer Service Rep. He was informed that it actually never shipped and was out of stock but his debit card was charged the $300. She said she would check the warehouse and call him back in 4 days to confirm. I am very upset as to why Overstock would let us purchase an item that was out of stock and then send us a tracking number to an item that was never shipped and then charge our debit card. If we would have never called to track this item I guess it would have just been in limbo and we would have never received an updates. I am highly upset with Overstocks lack of communication and customer service and will never recommend or do business with Overstock again.
I ordered a rug from Overstock...received it Monday Feb.10.Instead of 1 rug,I had 2 rugs.Called and they had no record of me ordering it then they wanted me to pay to send the rug back.I told them I wasn't paying to send it back when it wasn't my fault. Haven't heard anything more,don't know what to do with rug.

I ordered a fan through people my daughter and I got together she did not like the fan it was it in SENNIS fan she did not like it and neither did I so with that we cancel that we put in a request for another fan through my daughters name and ordered a fan I believe through Tiffany so your customer service said my number is 1ZXXXXX. When I called last week they told me the fan was sent out on June 18 well UPS said that you guys sent the label but no fan I knew the fan was back ordered but she said we could get it so that's why we ordered the fan we did not get any email back stating that you guys cancel the fan without my permission and without my daughters permission I so hardly wanted the fan it had beautiful bling on it I have company coming from Washington state I was looking forward to it when they said that it was back order I could work with that so I waited one month and a couple of days yes I am upset and yes I can't believe I'm doing this because I never complain I just end up taking what I have because I think it's hard enough to even be in sales or work behind the lines but I will never ever order another thing from overstock.com you cannot rely on overstock and the customer service has no clue where anything is that at all thank you and have a blessed day
Good morning I got a text early yesterday morning that my eye cream have been delivered and also a text this morning at 8:25 AM that another product by skin Madica 85 had been delivered it�¢ï¿½ï¿½s not at my doorstep or in my mailbox either product so I believe you�¢ï¿½ï¿½re delivering to the wrong address? July 13 2018 Recently I signed in & shopped. I received an email telling me my products (2) were shipped.
My first order with Overstock was in 2000/2001. As life goes I kinda forgot about the amazing OVERSTOCK. I am elated to be shopping with Overstock again. Additionally I called your phone number & 2 women who helped me were just outstanding, kind, & certainly knew ANY concern or question I had.
I always ask to speak to their boss' to give a good review.

I wanted to email customer service but they make it literally impossible. Their litany of questions they ask regarding why you are contacting them doesn't cover my question and they do not allow for anything else. Very poor. I will not be ordering from them again.
I called to close my account. The rep said I still own the balance. I told him I did the balance transfer to a different credit card and will off the balance soon. He said he couldn't do balance transfer, and I told him I want to close my account not balance transfer. This rep need to practice on his listen skill. He kept asking me where and how I did that. I felt intimidating since it's not his business to ask. I felt like I was forced to answer his question for him to be able to close my account, so I told him how I did it. Finally he closed my account. He's rude in general. I'm not going to buy anything from overstock.com anymore. They take forever to call you back if you need help with your order.
Let me begin by saying I will never shop at Overstock again. The customer service sucks. My Name is Carole Fazackerley email At the beginning of February I ordered a kitchen island. I received two of this item. I contacted the Chat service and they made arrangements with UPS to have the item picked up. But proceeded to tell me I had only been charged once. When I checked my credit card I found two charges. one on 2/2 Klarna Overstock 801-9473100 UT for $158.98. The second on 2/2 Over*O co/overstock.com UT $158.98. A second Chat conversation summarizing the return of the item via UPS to Yu Shan Co USA LTD tracking #1Z 03W 0Y3 26 9856 7158 documents this return. The conversation indicated that I would receive word of resolution in 24 hours. When that didn't happen I talked to Chat again and was told account would be credited. It's obvious that customer service is not in US and language comprehension is a problem I would like to know when my account will be credited with $158.98.

Did Not Live Up To The Other Same Product I Had Bought In The Past! I Discussed All My Concerns With A
Customer Service Representative And We Decided That A Price Reduction Was In Order!!
I Was Going To Return It Or At The Very Most, Exchange It For Another One!
I Feel So Much Better, Now, And Plan To Keep An Eye On Overstock In The Future!!
