Yesterday my vehicle started to run erratically. I pushed the OnStar button and explained my situation to the operator. They told me they would put me on hold while they ran a diagnostic check on my vehicle. After one minute I received a audio message saying that my call had ended. The operator never attempted to call me back. I was very disappointed. Thankfully my dealer helped me get the vehicle to their shop and scheduled service. For $19.95 per month, I expected better service.
