Just purchased Nero burn express 4, I'm having problems down loading the soft ware.
Will wait for someone to call me or I will return to Amazon. Tried ov ethe internet. Did not work!

On Monday 24th July 2023 I ordered the Nero Platinum Suit online, which included a free 64gb memory stick. The process was a little convoluted when it came to paying for the product but the payment was successful and the payment appears on my card account. I was expecting to see a link or an email with a link which allowed me to download the product and install it, but nothing!!!! I have checked my junk mail box, nothing there, and I have been left high and dry having paid for a product but not receiving the product.

I have spent a few days searching your customer support links but until today all I have ended up getting to is a question box of which the answers have been totally useless. This has been by far the worse online purchasing experience I have ever had!!!!! In fact, I don't think I have ever had a bad purchasing experience online until now!

A chink of light today though ? I have received the free 64gb memory stick ? At least now I have some confidence that the order has been placed and you have it on your system somewhere.

I have no idea of any purchase order number because I have not seen or received anything from the online purchasing process. So, if I give you my name, address, telephone number and email address I hope you will be able to track things from that. By the way, I have seen mention of a "myaccount" link but have not found anyway of actually accessing it in case there was a way of downloading the software from there. Another Nero disaster !!!!!

The above is an extract from an email I tried to send to the address quoted but the email bounced back as not deliverable to that address. Another Nero disaster !!!!!

I just purchased Nero Platinum less than an hour ago. They charged me double, gave me the wrong license for the product. I can't get a hold of anyone, no email address no phone. The phone numbers listed have all been disconnected. I purchased a nero product in the past and loved it. I regret this.. I'm out a hundred dollars and the link they sent me to download expired before I had a change to download product. Now I have no product, I'm out money, and I can't get any help.

I have been trying to contact Nero for a refund "satisfaction guaranteed" There does not appear to be anyway to do this. I have used Nero for many years but no longer works. Nero if you read this please contact me so I can get refund.

I recently purchased Nero and it was fine at first but isn't working now. It ether shuts down or doesn't complete discs.

I have contacted nero 3 times asking for my s/n to be reactivated for 16 platinum to no avail will try you maybe this might get somewhere

I have used Nero in the past with my old computer. Purchased Nero $29.99 update

for my 8.1 computer..... What a disaster ! You people are so isolated I finally

found this site for writing a review. If I call you it's $1.29 per minute for help. I've been trying to solve the problem of using my Nero Program for 5 days with nothing more than frustration. Please just refund my $29.99.

Seems like I've been screwed like everyone else. The "free" trial works, but as soon as you buy the product, it stops. I have also tried to contact them, and got a reply from a "no reply" address. No Contact. Suggest everyone contacts their local Consumer Commission (or equivalent), and maybe, if there are enough complaints - worldwide - someone might close this company down. It's a shame, cos the Nero I had on my old computer worked a treat. Can't even blame this on Win10.

I have an old xp system with MMJB and Nero screwed up all of it ! MMJB doesn't work just like their customer support! I had installed a cd/dvd burner cause the old was worn out ! This is nothing but POS! I will go back to Dell at least they have product support ! DO NOT BUY USE OR INSTALL THIS GARBAGE I DONT CARE IF YOU ARE RUNNING OLD XP, 7 OR 8 ! I AM A IN TECH AND THIS IS TOTAL CRAP!

Nero came with my laptop preinstalled. I never used it and I am not a tech person. However, I never kind of activated it and every time it asked me to back up or upgrade I used to click no. Few weeks ago it just wiped my external HD clean and formatted as a eternal backup. It never prompted me with a msg for confirmation. I now trying to get all my stuff back and after two weeks of day and night I still haven't recovered anything. I think its a stupid piece of software and it should not interfere with your personal data in this way. especially if you can't recover any of the formatted data.
I am absolutely and utterly angry. I have some very important stuff on it. Can anyone help?
STAY AWAY FROM NERO!!!

I paid my money, and tried to download Nero 2015 Platinum. After about 3 1/2 hoursof supposedly downloading , I got nothing. I finally did get a duplicate copy of Nero 2014, but that's not what I ordered.
Any help available? If not, I want a copy of nero Platinum or my money back,

i have a support problem nero control center wont update my nero 2015 classic. i got one e-mail bach and nothing since every time i try to update i get a control center window saying THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE PATH SPECIFIED the last 4 or 5 contact forms i sent i have had no answer back.

it's a damn shamed you pay cash money for products and service from nero and neither work out to be a solid investment. one day i woke up and all my files and folders disappeared and nothing worked anymore...there is no direct way to get either help or your money back...it use to be a decent program but as they climb further into mobile emphasis i have become a very dissatisfied customer...i've been burned instead of my cd's and such...will have to move on to adobe if i can not get some resolution to my problems...i've been burned...what ever happened to customer concern...

my advice stay away from nero,once they have sold you a product,no support, i have purchased cyberlink its head and shoulders above nero and the DLNA server is brilliant,nero media home never worked,people that make garbage treat there customers like garbage. regards Rogee.

Since last August, I bought NERO 12 Platinum and I did not use it on my laptop - impossible to download correctly after entering my serial number it tells me that my server would be a pxoxy problem. I think it may be better to take a system with disk have? All this is a shame because I would have been a loyal customer wanting to synchronize the maximum activity with NERO solution? I bought a brand new Nero 12 Platinum Multimedia Suite. First I could not even get my computer to recognize the disk (even though other disks all work fine), and then when it finally read it, it says it is a BLANK DISK!!! All that money for a blank disk and now when you call the customer service number you get a constant busy signal. I had Nero 6 years ago and it was great, Nero is just not the same!!!

I called tech support yesterday and was on the phone with agent for approx. 3 mins and now there is a $71.00 charge to my account!

I'm so peeved I can't see straight. That was money I needed to buy food since I'm unemployed every cent makes a HUGE difference.

Now I'm calling customer service and the line is busy.

I better get my money back tomorrow or heads are going to roll!

Iam so sorry that I had to pay good money for this program I am so upset with this completely hopeless program and it wont burn a DVD [ when you try and get help you people are nowhere, hopeless I want my money back and if I could have used bad Language I would have, not happy at all.

I purchase nero-11 platitium and realized i already brought that version and call nero curstomer service to cancel it and they keep giving me the run around to get my money back,Nero make no sense to be conning people oout of there hard earn money.what's so hard about being honest with your customers!

Same thing with me. Upgraded my Nero 8 to Nero 10 and didn't work worth a damn. Finally did get straightened out. Upgraded to Platinum HD version and that has now screwed up my Nero Vision once again. I am not going to waste my days screwing with their damn software any longer. It's total crap!!!!!!

Impossible to deal with. Refuse to give me the product I piad 65.00 for.
They claim it is my fault their product will not work!
This is not a company you want to spend your money with. If you give your moeny to them...DON'T WXPECT ANYTHING IN RETURN. THEY will just take your money.
And then NOT GIVE YOU THE PRODUCT!
TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.COMPANY IS COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!
