I like to have MSN as my home page because of all the news information available. What I don't like is the way you draw people in to click on one of your highlighted features to read more and one gets a little information. We are then asked to click to read more or find out the answer that we were in search of to begin with.
It is very frustrating and I find myself staying away from MSN because of that reason.
When I finish playing a msn game... my ratings do not change, whether I win or lose. My settings were not changed, and when I follow the instructions that Msn provided and restart my computer, and start the game, and when the game is over my ratings still do not change. Can someone help me with this issue.
I to am having trouble with the NEW MSN. Used to just click on it and away I would go. Now I have this "WELCOME TO THE NEW MSN!, All the great stories you expect, from more of the most popular providers, matched with the services you use every day." BS posted in the middle of the page and it is locked up so I cannot use MSN/BING to search for stuff. I guess I will also have to switch over to Google. Not happy.
Thanks to your NEW MSN I am unable to access the website from my work computer anymore. I guess I need to start using Google or Firefox. Why do the 5% of you who think this change is great make it difficult for the rest of us. Been on line waiting for customer service for over 15 minutes. Great!
An MNN email requested I update BILLING information. To do so ONLINE got me in a never ending CIRCLE of attempts to do so on line. The procedure to verify that I am "ME" and not someone else is HORRIBLE. Repeatedly asked to REPETE the process.
Someone must be accountable for such a mess....same happened last year.
I am somewhat cncerned that I will be losing MY MSN at the end of September. I am exceedingly concerned that I will also lose MY FAVORITES bar and the ability to have MY FAVORITES at all. Will the changeover affect any of these? Will I be able to personalize the new site to what I want displayed on it. For example, I don't give a damn about any show business stuff. Please let me know. I have looked at the "Try It" invitation, but none of my concerns are addresses by the "preview."
The new security sucks. Every Month I havind to reset. I've been unhappy for 6month after been extremely Satisfied for more than 12 years. I wouldn't mind the reset but the process link has a glitch that complete. & no link to change #. TRULY WHOM EVER CHANGES MICROSOFT TO THIS SECRUITY NIGHTHTMARE NEEDS THIER
I have a problem with my email account, am very confused t as to why I have email address which I do have no knowledge of. It keeps requesting a code number of which I have never had. This has caused me so much prolem with my account as the email address do not belong to me.. It has also meesed my facebook account to.. my has been hacked so many times due to this probelm... Please advise me as to how I should have this mess corrected...
Tried to call MSN customer service repeatedly and failed. First of all, the first couple of times I tried I got some foreign indian people whom I could hardly understand who's first priority was to get me to pay a Fee to Re-access my account. There should already be a way into my free account without having to pay. So is this a phishing scam or what? If anyone has anything they can help me with on accessing my important old email, (Tips I mean) Please contact me at my NEW email.
My MSN has recovery set to adopted mother and stolen account recovery is mine it needs correct no hacked recovery for [email protected] it is non recoverable MSN says its I'm not a paying the account is free .its needs to send account password change for hotmail jlmizell and MSN microsoft don't allow to combat the if only verify any that has been changed with is impossible if done allegaly
I am sooo sick of you not letting me into may email account, I could just scream. I hate jumping through hoops. and every couple months Why do you stop me from reading my hotmail? You posted this morning on the MSN.com site a photo of someone's hand or arm with a rash or something on it. It physically makes me sick to look at it. It is very offensive to me. I hope MSN can make better judgement than that. I hope if I go onto MSN.com again I don't see that picture or any other that might be as equally offensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I just clicked over to an article titled, "Help end food-related ER visits" about a family that is on a campaign to end food allergy related emergencies. The reason I write is that when that page opened to the actual article, there were three huge advertisements for Planter's Peanuts. How tacky can you guys get. Placing not one, but three adds for the number one allergy producing food product all around the article that was trying to help. The insensitivity was appalling. Msn continues to slide down hill with this one
All I am trying to do is change my email password, but Windows 8 wants to make everything confusing! I get a message saying something about waiting until June or July! What the heck is that all about?!? I just want to change my email password-----immediately!!!
I have MSN as my home page for the news, however the sports is a FOx and all the NBC links for stories will never load, maybe they don't want to be in the news business as they are using the Myspace model for a webpage, to much crap overloads the page syndrome. boooo
I have been trying to access my MSN email account for days. I have been sent security codes to an alternate email address. When I enter them, I am told it should be a 5 digit code, though they have sent me 4 digits. When i call the number listed on this website. I am told I have a Windows live hotmail account and that is supported on-line only. Of course, I cannot access it on-line either. I am blocked from my primary email account while in a job search. This is not poor customer service, this is customer abuse.
I can't even get into the msn homepage, much less my msn Email. I have used the correct (asked for) password. MSN is now supposed to have sent a new "code" to my other non-msn Email but, of course, it hasn't. And they don't answer their phone number. WHAT A BUNCH OF BOZOS!
This is happening to me too - for the second time. I can't access any of my work information or contact work and have had to sign up for another email account to use for the time being. The last time this happened, I finally phoned and got a real person, who was very helpful and got me back on to the account. I suppose that is what I will have to do again - spend my time and money trying to get some sense out of MSN. WHAT IS GOING ON MSN?
