The worst customer service ever.

I will never, ever buy anything from this company again even though they do have good equip.
They are not the only company with good stuff in if they do not know how to treat their clients who are spending loads of money in their shop they will never see them again. Definitely not me.

If you have time to read explanation why this low rate:

Firstly we have been trying to reach them over the phone than sending emails on website which did not went through than we called again an the guy (first time speaking to human being) send our note about faulty item to the wrong MSI email address (?!??! very competent staff...) Then we used the website contact form again and describe what is wrong (damage could not have been made by user) and what they can do about it and after 2 weeks of trying to get to them, finally we got email response that they will take the computer and they prefer it to be packed in original box as they don't provide any package (Of course. I do keep all the boxes of equp I am buying... I mean all of them. I have special container reserved for them boxes just in case...) They wrote that they may keep the computer for a month and if nothing is wrong with it as we suspect than they will charge us... its like I do love to get rid of my very expensive and precious computer for a month during Christmas time for no reason, yes. Just to have fun. This is my hobby... I paid so much money for stuff to than pretend that its broken and give it away. God sake... I dont know what kind of moroons are working there and who made those ambelivible rules of how to treat customer but If I would know how thing can go with silly thing I would never go for this company.

FYI We did try to find out what is wrong with it and maybe there is simple solution but there is no other tech support they can provide apart from this...



I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING FROM MSI if you do want to have piece of mind in a case where something is faulty.

Some how my WiFi has been taken off my computer tried to restore it bit hasn't worked?

Truly the worst. Cannot get any help to find one small common part on a current model laptop. do yourself a favor & buy something else.

My experience with MSI tech support has been terrible, even by the standards of the computer industry. I am about to send a monther board (under warrenty) to the repair department for the 3 time, for the same issue.(after repair computer work only 5 to 6 day)they not givening be new pc

This compnay is absolutely worthless the n umber listed above for tech. support is a non working number. I will never buy another MSI computer agian. What a waste of money!

My wife bought a MSI laptop and has had trouble with a blue screen soon after she got it. After finally getting it sent to the factory for fixing it came back unfixed with same blue screen. We are very disappointed and want a new computer or we will take further action very shortly which will be ver y unprofitable for MSI. We are fed up! My phone number is 318-514-8051

Lack of staff I can understand for RMAs, but half an hour of a bloody phone ringing in order to get ahold of anyone simply to get an update on my RMA status is insane. Sent in a card in March of 2011. Now we are in May and still no contact despite the package being accepted on April 6th and a confirmation email saying they have it.

Whelp I guess I have to add MSI to my list of "do not buy from again" companies.
After wasting an hours of my life trying to get to a live person regarding my broken notebook, I have come to the conclusion to just eat the $450 and go buy a different brand.
From now on I'm calling customer service before I buy. If they let you stay on hold for 20 minutes followed by non stop ringing or a voice mailbox then I will purchase a different brand.

The 1-800 number listed is for only notebooks and all in one systems. For anyone calling about hardware issues, like graphics card problems, I would recommend calling the long distance number and asking that they call you right back. When I called I simply explained that I don't have long distance coverage. They were able to take my number and call me right back.
