I recently submitted a photo and paperwork to get a replacement of keyboard that I purchased from your company

the product was under warranty, but haven't heard from you. The tab key fell off.

This number is no longer good. and I can find no number at all to reach a live human being at Logitech. Their Customer service has gone to hell in a hand basket.

Very frustrated trying to get a return/refund on M590 mouse just received from online order. Nearly impossible to find a number or email address that is concerned with returns. I have had many mice and keyboards from Logitech that were great, but this new one is awful, and now finding that the return process is like a non-process, I will probably never order direct from them again. I only ordered direct because this new mouse wasn't yet on Amazon. In future I will only order from Amazon or eBay, which are both very good about the return process.

Impossible To Make A Return...i Would Never Suggest This Co To Anyone. Very Poor Pr. And They Don't Want To Refund My $99.99. I Was Sent A Label And Returned A Speaker But They Have No Idea What Happened To It And Now Won't Refund My $$$ I Got The Return Label From Them...

I've return a speaker that is not waht I was told it to be. Logitec refuses to refund my$99.99 So, be careful ordering direct from Logitec as they are rip off company. They don't keep accurate records and there is no phone # to talk to anyone about..

This number does not and can not reach a "live person"!! It only gives you an 866 number which, for out of warranty products, directs you to a "PAY for help" option.
For a $450.00 Harmony purchase it is ridiculous to have to pay even more to get it to work again.

My button on the remote doesn't work anymore and Jane from customer service tells me that it is a cosmetic issue! She said it's the material (rubber) that wears down. After 2 years of use, why would I ever buy another one! Maybe you should use something else or stand by your product!! Very disappointed with your product!!

Worst customer service you will ever talk to. Longest wait time. They coach these people not to let you have your way if it means them having to fix a mistake they made.

I purchased a wireless keyboard and wired mouse which I found and they are on the computer now. I purchased them Sept. 8, 2015 at Office Depot.
Now I cannot make the wireless keyboard work at all. I have tried pushing every button there is to no avail. It has brand new batteries in it also.
Will someone help me get the keyboard to work or please let me return it. It is almost brand new.

Phone number now states that they will no longer offer phone support...What a load of crap. I have been Working on trying to get a warranty replacement for over 2 weeks by email. They take over a week to respond to each email.

I generally avoid profanity, but THESE CLOWNS! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. The ptoducts blow and customer support is non-existant. I urge you to read my blog , and never trust these arseholes.

I have used logitech products for many years. This was the first time I had to call for assistance and find your customer service is not up to standards. After holding on for 20 min I spoke to a tech person who could not help me.
I called back, held on for another 20 min and the second tech person, who really did not understand my problem was going to call me right back and after a half hour I still did not hear from anyone.
I had to call back and held on for the third time for about another half hour. I find this unacceptable.

I am having problems pafring my cordless mouse M525 to my MAC computer system I contacted the HELP system on 7/21/2015 and received an email message that I would be contacted within 2 business days. It is now three business days, and the week-end coming, I hav not received any contact. The assigned case number is: 00887539. I attempted to contact someone via telephone, within the past hour and was disconnected both times. This is OUTRAGEIOUS ! Your on-line help is confusing and not helpful. I will await proper support for your products. I will also relate the horrible experience to all my contacts.

Called in twice, going through the prompts with the last one about webcam (problem I have is with Logitech Webcam 9000 Pro. Each time there was a space of about 15 seconds of no sound and then the busy signal kicked in, meaning I was booted out. What gives? Also what is with the I am not a robot. Doesn't tell you what to do. I clicked on something, not sure what. Was supposed to match up some of the items. Call me a robot, I guess: I could not find any matching pictures. Strange show today.

Seems impossible to obtain accurate or reliable information from Logitech Company. On 02/20/15

purchased a Logitech Case with integral keyboard at an Apple Store. Have accessed your site and also called your representative. Merely wanted to obtain MODEL NUMBER of the case.

After much investigation by the Logitech representative I was told Model Number is

When I go to this Model on your site it says this Model has Aluminum case my case has fabric cover. Please, please, please tell me my case Model Number. The Logitech Case/Keyboard and the Part Number is P/N 820-006934. These numbers are given on a sticker on the case. When I use the S/N on your site to identify my case I am told there is no such S/N. Could this indicate STOLEN GOODS ? Please advise. I would like to obtain info about my case using your online information. But using the S/N does not help at all. Please help me.

Harmony 700 Receptacle for USB and recharging too flimsy for repeated use, simply disconnected from innards and fell out. It should have a dock, not just a plug. 700 is essentially a rechargeable 650, and the higher priced model with a dock controls three times the number of devices I require. Customer Service slow to answer but very polite. What she did not know she looked up, demonstrating real desire to help.

Purchased 1100 harmony remote and was informed that it had RF capable for control of hidden devices. Now I am informed that I have to purchase a "Blaster" to go through cabinet doors. The blaster is an additional $ 99.00 dollars. The 900 remote comes with the blaster.
I called: 646-454-3200 and did talk to someone but they simply suggested to return it and get the 900. The also gave me another # 1-205-09003815 but I did not call it. From reading other comments I asked about the VIP and she stated that when a customer who has trouble with equipment out of warranty they give a 50% discount to that customer but not for someone having to purchase additional parts.
