Absolutly horrible customer service I call over and over trying to reach somone to ask about ordering a replacement part and (whoever sheila is that ignores the phone will chat it up all say with somone in person maybe a coworker about tickets while I sit and wait on the phone) for her to acknowledge me on The line.) Then says hello hello anyone there call back u cant hear you and hangs up with our a breath for me to respond!!! I checked my service and it is perfect and I cam hear her clear as day

I have been a long time little tykes customer lie 30years never had a problem with customer service was always awesome been out of toy buying for a couple of years then finally got a grandchild. Had a few Issues with toys to my surprise you guys were horrible and lie lie lie to your customers so sad to see this happen to a company who's job is to bring joy and fun into families lives your reputation is now so tarnished by so many unhappy customers and I will be telling everyone not to buy little tykes anymore you don't stand by your products or you customers like in years past. So sad and disappointed

After getting the cook and learn kitchen for my sons Christmas present and found it to be faulty and parts missing I contacted your customer service team to be told parts would be sent out after 12 days I was told that no parts were available and to return the toy to the store. My son had waited for 2 weeks to play with his Xmas present and after the kitchen due to its condition feel and cut his head you offered 25 pounds of credit. I am now taking this matter further.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER> I honestly can say after my experience with Little Tikes and dealing with a Manager there, I will not buy Little Tikes again. I will buy STEP2 who deal and treat customers far superior. What an awful Experience. Manager April was rude, and shouldn't be in her position.

brought a wooden swing centre from toys r us not long ago and the the white clip the swings clip into the one side had worn down when opened it so i need a new one

I recently bought a little tikes deluxe anchors away pirate ship water play table. I had got it outta the box yesterday which was 1 1/2 months after purchasing it, as I was waiting for spring to arrive. Well the gr.kids came over for mothers day so we got it out and when we opened the box almost all the toys and toy attachments were missing, so I called little tikes 1st thing this morning n explained what had happened n they were more then happy to send me ALL the missing toys with NO HASSEL whatsoever!!! I've always trusted n loved their toys, n am happy to continue buying their products and recommending them. Thank-You So Much Little Tikes for Everything:) Tracy G. In Michigan

The activity garden is not safe my 8 month old keeps pulling the whole structure over on him in all positions. He is beginning to pull himself up as well as stand and this toy cannot support his wieght or activities. Also my fingures have got caught in the release space to remove the phone activity as well as the phone cord stripping from the plastic cord it surronded by. I have never had a problem with any other little tikes products before and thats twenty years of buying products from little tikes. So dissapointed in this product.

We gave our grandson the Little Tikes Three-In-One Ride-on toy for his first birthday in August and he loved it! It provided hours of entertainment as he used in a wide variety of ways to get around. I was shocked to learn that this week the steering wheel column had broken right off! As a former kindergarten teacher I have always used Little Tikes products and found them to be very durable.I called your consumer sevice number and within minutes was informed that a replacement part would be sent to my address.I phoned my daughter immediately to let her know the good news.I will certainly continue to purchase your toys with confidence and encourage others to do the same!!! Thanks so much. Linda

Trying to purchase a Little Tikes Clubhouse Swingset...they advertise it BUT The shipping is as much as the item!
DO ANY Stores carry this item????
Toys R US does not. I need a store in the St Louis MO area.

Last June, I purchased the Little Tikes Crashing Waves Waterslide. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide until we stored it away for the winter, per the instructions. I went to set up the slide on May 30th. to get it ready for the summer. I was also bringing this to my son's school and sent out a mailing telling the parents I will bring up the slide for the school's party. The slide did inflate but it did not inflate all the way and it was very soft. We found the material was frayed and the seams split and the air was leaking. I called the Little Tikes number, 1-800-321-0183 and talked with Ashley and Verique and was told a supervisor would call me back......Never heard from anyone from your company. Then I found another number 818-894-2525. Left a message with Erica, she NEVER called me back either. Finally, I talked with Michael on Wednesday, he seemed to be helpful, asked me to fax the receipt, then he called me later to tell me there was nothing we that could be done, it has been over 90 days. I explained I pay almost $400.00 for this item, I was hoping Little Tikes would do the right thing and replace this item....I also explained that I did sent out an email to all the parents, about 300, giving an update on the waterslide, I received about 5-6 emails from parents stating their waterslide is fine and have had their for about 2-3 years. Many parents were just asking for updates, on what was being done. I was hoping to give everyone good news and that Little Tikes stands behind their products. Sadly, Micheal told me there was nothing that could be done and that Little Tikes does not stand behind their products. Please tell something can be done. I have to give an update to the parents. I know I had use of this product for 1 year, I will be happy to just have this slide replaced with one of lesser value. I realize you have a 90 warranty on this product.
