store address 1360 Cheyenne: came into the store on 9-21-19 at about 4PM, ordered my pizza, wait for 20 minutes and it came out burnt with no extra cheese, they re-did the pizza came out again burnt with no extra cheese, I did not ask for my money back and did not ask to speak to a manager because I was so mad, usually the manager will listen and just blow you off. this is not the first time, I have had my order screwed up, there has been many occassions where you had to wait 30 minutes and they got my order wrong. Little Caesars makes good pizza but at this store the employees don't care and the managers are just has bad.

I have placed an order in your app and it states that pickup is 7:10 I get here and the store has no clue about my order and now they tell me to wait another 20 min. What is the point of ordering on the app?? Then we get to the store and have to debate with the girl as to what happened with our order and if we are even in the right store.. she leaves in the bk for ten min. Then returns to tell me the order will take 20 min.

Today I called in an order for 5 deep dish pizzas for a grandson's birthday party gathering. I drove to pick them up and the employees had a difficult time getting the "cash register" opened for check out. I waited patiently and after 20 minutes they were able to get it ready for business. They box the pizzas and a young lady even helped me put them in my car. I drove the 10 minutes to the party and when we opened the boxes we found two cooked dough balls with sauce and toppings in each. We have gotten deep dish pizza from Little Ceasars before and they were good and and traditionally formed. I have photos of them if you would like to see them. The kids are some but not their usual amount. I had to throw away. Two boxes of the doughy pizza. Not happy.

I recently received a coupon for free crazy bread that was handed out at a local parade here. I took it to the Oneida, NY store and someone from the back of the store came out and took the coupon from the girl that was waiting on me and ripped it up and said we don't take these any more. I told the employee that the coupon does not have a date on it and it should be honored. The girl did not know what to say and the man that took the coupon would not come back out to talk to me. it was Wednesday at 4:25 pm. It was not the owner, it was some one else. I really don't expect an answer to this, because things like this don't get answered they get tossed in the trash, just like was coupon was trashed. One thing I do know is that I will never buy a pizza here again. I am switching to Dominos from now on.

Little Caesars is where we always get pizza because it is affordable and good quality. I guess the colored gentleman that was there all the time was fired or quit or something but ever since he left, this place has gone down hill bad. There have been 3 times in a row that I stopped and my daughter went in for pizza... a cheese, pep and ICB. It took so long that the man offered her a free drink and apologized. We went by this past Sunday night for simply a cheese pizza and a pep pizza. She ordered at 7:09 and we left with it at 7:25. That is too long for two simple pizzas. The HOT and READY is literally never ever ready and we wait no less than 20-30 on average for pizza. The gentleman that use to work there made sure things were in place and organized, he remembered everyone's order without having to look at the receipt and always had our pizza ready. Idk what happened to him but these guys in there are terrible with speed and like I said the Hot and Ready are never ready. I will not go back again until I hear it has improved. Unfortunately I'll spend more money to get our pizza faster somewhere else. This is the location in Hope, Arkansas

Due to my recent experience in little Cesar's in Plano, tx Parker and ave k.
I will never return to any little Cesar's pizza again.
I ordered 2 Italian cheese breads added toppings, not fond of sauce.
The clerk was rude and I asked about price thought it was high and charged me for 2 pizzas I didn't even order. Then after being rude about it. Couldn't refund it no one to help me.
Told her I wanted the owner to come and fix it to see the quality of service, no I'm sorry just oh well. I'm (????) attitude I have no one who can fix it here.
It took me from 8:58 pm till almost 9:30 pm to get it fixed and no I'm sorry or anything. Poor customer service thus never ever return.
24.09 for two pizzas Italian cheese breads added toppings pepperoni on one and pepperoni and italian sausage on the second.
Look at reciept it has a classic and a extra most bestest pizza with toppings not what I ordered, I asked her about the price seemed to high she never indicated anything about two pizzas other than what I ordered.

Ordered 5 meat Pizza. Ready in 10 min. Should've known it was premade and kept a very long time in warmer. The bottom was overlooked terribly the toppings were over cooked and dried out. Tasteless

question: why do all your manager not know how much your boxes cost?... My wife is a school teacher and needed a dozen boxes for a school project but 3 of the stores would not sell me any. I had to go to a pizza hut to get the boxes and they absolutely did not charge me a thing because it was for a school project... to say the least I know i'm just 1 person but you have lost all my business and will find pizza elsewhere..

The Little Caesars on First and Tulare has poor customer service went in for a hot and ready pizza there was no hot and ready pizzas at all the wait time was 1 hour very disappointed the line was out the door all the other Little Caesars I visit always have hot and Ready's available at all times.

I just wanna say I love little ceasors bread sticks they are the bomb!!!! Which leads me to this complaint the store in lawrenceburg indiana is really really horrible it's supposed to be hot and ready well let me say I go through there at least 2 times a week and they never ever and I mean EVER have anything hot and ready can someone please help they even leave you hanging in the drive through forever befor getting service so please please please help

3213 Queens Chapel road, Mt.Rainier Maryland. I ordered a pizza by telephone and drove to go get it. When I arrived in store I gave my name and I was presented with an overcooked pizza. I asked could I get a different pizza that is not burnt and that's where the attitude toward me began. The cashier looked at the extremely brown / dry looking pizza and kept interrupting me as I explained about it being burnt with really dark crust and dried out cheese and topping.
It got to the point that we were about to physically fight but not over the pizza, but for the rude customer service. The cashier even cursed in front of other customers and the manager was no help. Before I left the store I told them I'd be complaining but they didn't apologize or care in the least about complaints. 2/8/2019 roughly 9:30pm

CLIO Michigan Liitle Caesars. Call for our usual small pizza 2 to 3 topping. Never eat more then a medium between us. New ownership we're told. Will only make large pizzas from now on. Have permanently lost our weekly visit! The new owner is a damn fool! Kiss your business goodbye, you won't last 6 months with such ridiculous changes. Too much competition in this area to make such a foolish move. Jets and Hungry Howie will reap our cash from now on!

Regarding Order # 315 115 at store ID: 01338-00014. This is not a question or comment-this is a complaint on what an employee said to me today at YOUR business. While waiting for my order there was another lady waiting too. She was right in front of me in line. She and I made comments to each other on how long the wait was taking. When they called her name, she asked for extra crazy bread for her wait. The guy gave it to her with no problem. When I went up to ask how much longer I was told they were still waiting for 1 of my pizzas. After a couple minutes mine order was up. I asked if I could have an extra crazy bread for my wait the kid got them and put them down in front of me and bummed under his breath what sounded like, "beggars can't be choosers". I said, "what did you just say?" And he proceeded to look me right in the eye and repeat, "beggars can't be choosers". I was LIVID! I immediately asked for the manager. When the kid went back to get the "manager" I saw the manager laughing. WOW! I insisted on my money back for what I ordered and told the manager that what that kid said to me was BS! There apparently were two managers there because when I asked for the managers manager he pointed over to a younger guy wearing camo. And that manager gave me corporate number. What really impressed me about your franchise in Battle Creek MI store ID: 01338-00014 is how they really could have cared less about what that employee said to me. Tonight we tried calling the Gonzales, CA Little Ceasars for over a half hour. (831) 675-3300. When we got there they told us the phones were down. Funny thing is this is the third time for this to happen to us. They never seem to answer the phones, and don't seem to care
This is our last time sitting down here waiting for a pizza. This is no way to run a business.

Cursing playing and not to mention having to wait 40 plus minutes for a hot n ready after being promised 4 minutes waited 20 more went inside promised 4 more because I had to leave then waited 20 more only to hear pans dropping cursing and playing around

My son and i have always loved little ceasers pizza, untill we bought from the store in hudson wisc. The pizza to us is not at all what we remembered and not something we will ever buy from that store. To much sauce to little chesse not good. I'm not asking for anything, just want them to make the pizza i remember and the kind you can get in woodbury mn. Hudson is closer. So until that store makes pizza like i and alot of other people i know like. I will never buy there . Thanks for listening.

They gave the wrong order to my husband... (I ordered it) charged him 20 somewhat $ ... I went back with him to complain because my guests were already at the party! The manager came out and never said a word to us.... the gal who was supposed to get my order ( it was sitting on the shelf)...charged me 30 somewhat dollars and said the manager just put it in that we would get reamburst the $20 on my card... this is a month after and no refund was made!... I have bought pizza from you for over 40 years!
