I already hate this company and if i didnt have a $100 tied up with them i Wouldnt stay on hold currently I am going on 1 hr and50 min..And i have a pre paid phone..so here leap frog why dont u just take all of my money.The web site said they could not authorize my card and i never got a confirmation but when i checked my bank account they had already took the money out of my cart.thanks now i just want my money back. save and save for this being a single mom.excited to get it.then this happens and u dont know if ur going to get it if i wanted to throw away my money i would have found a better way to do it!!!

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST CAN NOT GET ANY HELP FROM THERE CORP OFFICE CUSTOMER SEVICE IS A JOKE ON BLACK FRIDAY 11/26/10 AT 11PM PLACE A ORDER FOR $231 OF THINGS WAS TO BE SOME BIG SALE THAT THE EMAIL THEY SEND TO ME BECAUSE LAST YEAR WE BROUGHT OVER $300 LAST XMAS AT TOYS ARE US OF LEAP FROG PRODUCTS FOR OUR 3 GRANDKIDS.ON SAT 11/27/10 AT 7.40AM NOT 9 HOURS LATER WENT ON LEAPFROG.COM TO ORDER A COUPLE MORE THINGS THEN SAW THE PRICE OF THE THINGS WE ORDERED HAD GONE DOWN IN PRICE EMAILED THEM TO DO A PRIVE AJUSTMENT FOR THE DIFFERENTS 8 EMAILS LATER STILL NO JOY THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL NOT DO THE PRICE AJUSTMENT SO WHEN THE ORDER COMES I WILL SEND THE WHOLE $231.37 ORDER BACK TO THEM AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANY LEAPFROG PRODUCTS AGAIN LEAPFROG MUST BE DOING REALY WELL TO LOSE BUSINNES GRAHAM MOORHOUSE.PS THEY ARE TREATING THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRTY

Place an online order. When I reveiwed my order before submit...all was fine. However, when I printed out my order after sumit, one of the books was in Spanish. Since my grand child does not speak or understand Spanish, I immediately call the online customer service center to change item to English as ordered. 5 minutes later they "could not change since order had shipped." What a crock! Now I remember wny I stopped doing business with this company a couple of years ago.

I tried about 11:30 am eastern, and was on hold a while... had to hang up due to call-waiting. Called again at about 12:45 pm. I got thru in about 5 mins. The person on the phone was polite, in the "reading a script" type way. Seemed to be from overseas but I could understand her clearly. She was able to talk me thru the tech support quickly and accurately, and I am glad to say the Leapster is working properly. My daughter will be happy! I am frequently skeptical of overseas-robotic-flow-chart tech support, but in this particular case it worked out! ;)

AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL SERVICE!!! NO EXAGERATION!

THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTELY WORST AND MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A TOY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAIT TIME!!

When I FINALLY found the customer support number I have been on hold and continue to be on hold at this moment for over 18min!!!

This leads me to believe that others are waiting and getting help on these ridiculous installation procedures for a TOY mind you!!!

It shouldn't be this hard or take so much time to have my child play with an audio book!

I admit that I was quite skeptical after reading some of the posted reviews. My issue was resolved quickly, my hold time was minimal, and the representative was friendly and knowledgeable. My entire call from start to finish was 6 minutes and 5 seconds.

WAIT TIMES NOW ARE NATROCIOUS BY THEM SELVES BECAUSE ITS GOING TO TAKE FOREVER, CURRENTLY ON HOLD NOW. MY SONs LEARNING PATH FOR HIS LeAPSTER ISNT PICKING UP HIS GAME SYSTEM.

DO NOT order from this site. I attempted to place an order on Friday, December 11th. The site told me to verify my address and charged me 3 times. They will not give me a number to a home office and have not faxed the information they need to fax in order to release the hold on my account for $580. The previous poster is correct, the people on the other end at the call center think it is funny and really have been no help at all!

got through immediatly no waiting at all called about product information on leapster2 game and the download games... and she didnt even have the information i needed...i asked her how many games can be downloaded at first she didnt know, i asked to speak to someone who did know. she finally gave me the name of the 4 downloadable games...but did not have information on what each game teaches the child. i said well what if i hhave a problem with the game system, you may not be able to help me with my problem since you dont have all the information im requesting now and hung up!!!

i placed two orders yesterday and never recieved confirmation on one spent almost 2 hours on the phone with customer service who first said they couldnt find a second order so when i asked to cancel all my orders they were somehow able to come up with the order but still cannot get me my confirmation reciept she eventually told me they were a call center in the phillipines and were not allowed to give out any phone numbers in the us, so here i am not knowing if my order got shipped how much they charged me and they thought it was funny

I was on hold for OVER AN HOUR on Cyber Monday, and then I thought to check here for how to contact customer service quickly. I was connected in less than a minute! Wish I'd thought to check here first!

GREAT advice!!! so glad I searched "leapfrog phone number"...like last comment, pressed # 2X and spoke to a live person in about 3 seconds. had my questions answered and was off the phone in 5 minutes. Yay!
