I've tried calling your customer service multiple times and your system hangs up on me when I am 1 or 2 in the queue. We're at an AF base are unable to pay our bill due to a change in government requirements for cardholders. The customer service agent seems not to understand our predicament. We need a form 889. Do you not deal with any Federal Government customers?

Today's experience was good. The person on the phone did an excellent job. However, now I am at the mercy of the branch office (Stuart Maclean and Jason Carnaghi) and they are terrible at their jobs. So imagine I have accomplished nothing today. My score is reflective of my experience with the branch office and not so much with the national office.

this very bad to this company i am saying no one will give the service to us, if we will buy any product this company will never send a demo engineer or any that product person this my own experince obout the pagepro 1590 printer
