Just spent nearly an hour on hold to speak with tech support, only to finally receive a recorded message that tech support is not even open. Call was initially answered after about 10 minutes by a person who sounded bored out of their mind, who "connected" me to tech support. Again, 40 minutes later and countless recorded messages to "stay on the line", "support is busy with other customers", and etc., only to finally be told that tech support is not open. There is simply no excuse for a company like Jet/Powermatic to have this kind of trashy customer service.
