All this company wants is money. My chair is completely dead and I'm stranded once again!
New batteries , new controller , new mk6i joystick and I only went to the mailbox
I can't talk to anyone except a robot so here I sit , this company is the worst I've ever dealt with so I may as well save up. A bit of cash and get a new chair supplier from a better company
Thx invacare fot absolutely nothing except draining what savings I once had

I bought a reclining bath lift, item code AF029, it's the Aquatec Orca. Item N: 1470322 serial no: 14L04003171. The remote for it went astray at the Durban Airport. I have a handicapped daughter and I'm desperate to abstain another remote. Please advise.

The VA CAVHCS East Campus, Tuskegee, AL had delivered a bed with invacare MA 50 air inflating mattress. The rep showed me how to power onand off the pump and instructed me to just press up or down buttons form firmness. I cannot get t off of high pressure, its like laying right on a slab of cement. I cannot get any Phone #'s or anyone I can ask about how to fix this.

I bought a walker holder recommended by Cascade which did not fit and had to be cut down at $60 extra cost to me, only to find they had sold me the wrong holder, with the right one $30 less elsewhere.

I have a pronto m51 which is close to 4 years old I believe. Medicare won't pay for the repairs on it. I was told it needs a new motor and that the manufacture says both motors should be purchased. Is that true? And how much will it cost if I have to buy both.

Hi We have an aquatec bath lift chair which is now 2 months old in our hands and the control does not move the chair. We have charged it for 2 days and it still does not work. The chair just does a little jerk and then nothing. We bought it from your South Africa agent but we don't have his contact details and the hospital who ordered it for us is not answering their telephone. Can you give me a contact number for them? Thank you. You can sms it to

My brother has muscular dystrophy. Since 1999, he is wheelchair bound. We had bought an invacare power/electric wheelchair and also an invacare bathroom/shower chair which he has been using.

Since it has been many years, and with the regular use, we decided to replace both items. We tried to buy the same models, however, they were not available anymore. We carefully took all dimensions and bought newer models. Unfortunately, his body and muscles are completely used to the feel and dimensions of the older models. There are slight changes in the new models and as a result, both the power wheelchair and shower chair can not be used.

We are in a fix! I have tried for so long to try and find the older models...without any success. Can Invacare help and arrange the older models so that i can buy them? I am really desperate...his shower chair is literally in a dangerously depleted condition and we feel as if it will break any day. Same is the case of his power/electric wheelchair.

I am based in Pakistan and if these older products are available, am willing to travel anywhere to buy them

PLEASE HELP !!!

hello, I do maintenance at a nursing home, two of them really. We keep buying geri chairs because the rails for the foot rest malfunction and bend over and over again. We end up trashing them in one way or another because they become dangerous for the residents and, unusable. I'm sure you have heard this before, whats the problem, how do we fix it???
