I'm wring you from Turkey as home user of Norditrack products. My product is Norditrack T12.2 .we had two times service needs in 8 months and the ladt one was more than a new unit price.
I just would like to inform you that your importet company delivery terms and service and spare part prices are nıt reasonable.
