All of my movies are in Spanish! Where are English versions? If this isn't fixed immediately, I am cancelling my subscription. I have written twice already with no change. HELP!

I surely hope that HBO does the right thing and cancel Bill Maher. He is a despicable person to make incestual demeaning hand jerking comment about anyone and their daughter. Especially the President of the United States and the first Daughter. If Bill Maher is not removed promptly and immediately from the air. I and many of the people I have spoke with are removing HBO and Cinamax from our lineup.

Bill Maher has crossed the line. He should certainly be fired. There is NO call for that kind of behavior. Neither Mr. Trump nor Ivanka Trump deserve such disrespect. Suppose he said that about your daughter.

I just realized that you aren't going to come out with a 2nd season of Vinyl. That was the only show I have really liked of yours in the last couple of years. I thought it was an excellent show & am seriously disappointed that there will never no more seasons. That's so effed up to leave so many unresolved issues - just leave viewers hanging. Honestly, it leaves me with a sensation of being left behind A very bad taste in the mouth, I will definitely think twice before I watch another HBO series because I do NOT like being left in the lerch.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading and using your previously formatted HBO GUIDE in which you highlighted the first showing of each new movie/series as well as providing all dates of those showings and a short description of each movie/series. I hate your new format where these features are missing. It seems you could find other items/means to cut costs and re-instate your previous HBO GUIDE.

sorry about previous post. My provider can not explain why I can not get Game of Thrones Season 5 when I already watch 1 through 4. Get to season 5 only one program is available show #8. When I go to season 6 all of it is available. My provider is Frontier and their service is the worst. Since they took over I have had nothing but problems since April 2016.

Are y'all going to ever update your movies?? Y'all show the same thing all the time I pay all this money to watch movies and Y'all show the same thing at the same time on about 3 of your channels!! And they show over and over all week!!!! PLEASE UPDATE SOME NEW GOOD MOVIES... Why offer about 5 different HBO channels when your just going to play the same movie at the same time on all the channels.!!!!!!

I pay over $17 a monrh for your channel and rhwre is absolutely nothing on. You run 15-20 year old movies, and rhe same ones over and over. What happened? Your channel used to have all the newest movies!!
I am considering dropping it off my cable in 2016 if things don't improve

I cancelled my subscription before the 30 days were up and they still billed me and withdrew funds i didn't have available now i have a 35.00 charge on top of my 14.99 charge that i cancelled. Where is the numbers for HBO NOW?!!!

I Am Not Surprised That Hbo Now Only Got A 2.0 Rating. I Signed Up For The "free 30 Days" And What Happens The Next Day .... They Have Taken Out A Monthly Service Charge Of $14.99. What Happened To The Real Hbo? The One That Had Customer Service Available 24/7? Oh That's Right, That Was A Very Long Time Ago When It Was Run By People Who Cared!!! Now They Are Closed. Well Thank You Very Much, What Could Have Been A Perfect Birthday For Me!!!! Boy I Hope I Get An American On The Line Tomorrow When I Call To Complain And Demand My Money Back. Then With A Fire Stick, Good Luck Trying To Pick Out Something On Your Watchlist That You Created. You'll Be Able To Watch Anything On Your Watchlist But What You Want. Someone Will Be Returning My Money Tomorrow And They Better Be Able To Understand Me And Vice Versa.

Don't do it! In my opinion, HBO NOW takes a few clicks to get your "free month trial", but takes research,determination, persistence, anger, trial and error, drilling down, etc etc etc to get the darn thing turned off...HBO blames their partner ( Apple or Google Android) for the problem shutting the free service off which has cost me $75 so far....I blame them all as partners, making it easy to get but very tough to figure out how to stop them from charging my account. It's like those tv ads that give you a free trial but you have to give them your credit card and you have to cancel if you dont like it. When you try to cancel, no one answers the phone. Not the same but similar...

As of October 4 I tried to cancel my HBO now. I called and coykdnt get through. I tried changing in iTunes.



I would like you to give me a refund for October 4-November 4. I have managed to turn off auto renewal for next time.



Please tell me what I can do to get money back? My cable company is offering it cheaper so I will still be a consumer but can watch in big screen

Service just went away and phone has a recording. Only had this a month, maybe I used up all my minutes????
