They say they close at eight. My wife and I got there at 7:45 . They said they were closed and had just cleaned everything up. My wife asked asked if there was anyway they could make up two sandwiches. They would rather not and mess up everything. They were outside smoking and wanted didn't want to make up two sandwiches. The store is in Biddeford and they complained that they were low in staff and too busy smoking. I feel that if you are open till 8 then don't start cleaning up till 8.

Ok so I pre ordered a sandwhich for me to pick up before work. I paid at 2 something pick up 715pm. Why did I walk in this firehouse no hello.are you here for pick up nothing. I sit and wait kuz I got there at 7 obviously pick up at 715. No I get an ice cold sandwhich. No thank you nothing. Never going there again and I would like my money back for terrible service.

Terrible customer support for long-standing customers who have purchased thousands of dollars of product from you. I'm going to Jersey Mike's from now on if you cannot/will not fix the problem.

I Went To One Of Your Locations For A Great Sub Heard Great Reviews By Friends And Relatives. The Location Was 8191 Brook Rd Richmond Va. Very Disappointed No One There Had On Any Hair Nets. Hats And I Found A Hair In My Sub. Very Disgusted And Appalled By That Very Mad Also. The Floors In The Establishment Nasty And Dirty. Will Not Be Returning At All And Will Not Put A Good Word Out. When You Work With Food You Musy Wear A Hair Net So Situations Like This Will Not Happen. I Hope The Food Inspectors Go To Location And See How It Is Operating

The location at 12316 Dorsett Rd, St. Louis, MO. Is run by a bunch of rude, inconsiderate kids would either weren't trained well or raised correctly. We have tried this location twice, the first time, we called several times and no answer. Today we called at 10AM for a 12:00 meeting. We were told food would be here by 11:45, no show, mix up. Then we were told that the delivery would be at 12:10, no show. Called this location, girl said they never go the order. I hope your new president has money, the reviews I've read and experienced, he's going to go broke.

I'm not paying a $1 to leave a comment. That as bad as being charge for the water. It's about the money apparently not customer service. I can fix this, I can eat lunch some where else. Thank you.

I was at firehouse sub in maryland last night at 7pm the place was empty and I seceded to try anyway my cheese steaksub and Mac and Mac and cheese was cold the employees were no where to be found after they served us and were in the back being loud so couldn't tell them I paid $25. For cold food . There was chick filet food in a booth on a table. Very disappointed.

Ordered a pastrami sandwich and had it delivered through Uber eats. Noticed it tasted off like it was spoiled. Called the shop and reported it. He just said he would look into it . He sort of just blew me off so I'm not really happy about this

I entered firehouse at the town center around 6pm Atmosphere was very calm and pleasant, and everyone seemed happy, everyone was working and staying busy. I seen a female manager go into the fridge to grab some product I guess, as she walked down the aisle I heard her say (in a very calm voice, not directed to anyone) waste the bacon it's burnt. As she walked away a guy with dreds flipped out an said he wasn't throwing it away, he had been making it that way all day. Although I couldn't see the manager at this point she said it's not firehouse standards to serve the bacon that way, just throw it away please. The guy in turn responded... you throw that s*** away since you're worried about it. He carried on in the worst way after walking out , he came back in an charged at her after calling her all kinds of names an threatening her. He seemed like he had a bad day of some sort. She repeatedly asked him what's the problem why he was mad at her. After all that it will be awhile before I return to this location.

Your Noblesville IN location closes early. The manager was rude and had shut down everything before close. It's not really surprising that their customer service would come from a company that can't have a working voice-mail for complaints.

I was at firehouse subs in Sevierville tenn 209middle Creek Rd 9-22-23. Ordered sub sandwich 1- 10.00$ and some how they say I gave a tip of 63.57 this is a mistake and ask for credit still tol date have not got it this is wrong on all levels someone explain toe why I have not got credit back jami dpieting

I need an upper level corporate manager/owner to contact me about how I was treated at a store by a manager I have been trying to reach someone since labor day weekend and I am very upset. Linda Morse. 478-952-4008. I"m about to go to the BBB and file a formal complaint. I cannot get through by phone and I have also tried facebook. I am serious. I am not going to go away.

I called Firehouse Subs on August 4,2023 at 4:45 p.m at the location at Charleston and Hualipai, Las Vegas Nevada 89117. The manager answered hello in a very unprofessional way and I did not know if I was even calling Firehouse Subs. I asked how much a certain product was and she said she did not know ,then she hung up on me. I called back and she was very rude and condasending and she started arguing with me. People like that should not be working much less managing being that she has no people skills. I am very disappointed and I will report this to the CEO of the company.

I ordered a salad and was given a knife. I asked for a fork and was told they had no forks. I asked why I wasn't told they had no forks when I ordered, no response. I'm a home health nurse and eat lunch in my car. That was my first and last time at firehouse subs. SLACK!!!!!!!

Very upset over not having correct online order. Called restaurant and was told if I came back they would make the order right. I'm not driving back to the restaurant to make order right.

The best support to First Responders right now would be to REGUIRE MASK TO ENTER!! I am a frequent and loyal customer of Firehouse Subs but sad to say - my experience Saturday Dec 12th in Milton, FL changed my outlook on Firehouse Subs. You guys claim to support First Responders and always ask to round up on purchase - which I always do. I was totally shocked to see that out of 12 customers in the restaurant, I was one of two customers that was wearing a mask. Milton, FL currently has a 20% positive test rate - one of the highest in the state of Florida.

Went to a firehouse for lunch my daughter ordered for me since I live over an hour away she ordered med white pastrami and cheese double them both with large mushrooms when she brought it home to me I had white pastrami and cheese single not double meat lettuce did not order tomatoes and onions did not order and no mushrooms I called they said bring it in and we will make you a new one told her I live over an hour away she said that's are policy and hung up very up set I'm 66 and dont get treated much today with what's going on in the world thank you for listening

Hi I was just in the Firehouse subs store in Biddeford Maine and I wanted the $4.99 deal with just lettuce and tomato and green peppers and cheese and she wouldn't do that for me she said I would have to get the turkey ham turkey or ham on it then I said okay put the turkey on it and I'll just take it off and she wouldn't even do that when I asked for the for the sandwich she told me it was $8 and some change I asked her if that was the $4.99 deal and she know that I would have to get the turkey ham on it

I have applied at firehouse subs. I received an email the other day saying "If you don't live near restaurant, why apply?" I have reliable transportation and wouldn't mind diving 15 minutes to the location I applied for. I am taking this to corporate and you will hear from us soon.

Paid 20.56 for 2 medium combos at Anderson SC Clemson Boulevard store. I love your product but that is too much to pay for 2 1/2 subs, chips, and a drink. We were paying around 16.50 and now it's 20.56. Unbelievable.

Hi, my name is joann and Today I had called in an order to your firehouse subs location in Folsom, CA. My son rode his bike to go get the food I had ordered over the phone. When he got back, the chips I ordered were not in the bag, yet I paid for them. I know it's our responsibility to grab the chips when we get there, but I thought we'll I placed a phone order, and all will be ready, but was not. Plus I ordered a hot sub, the bread was not toasted, they said they did, they did not. And also when I placed my order, I ordered a certain topping, jalapenos, and they were not on it. Needless to say I did not want the chips, because I had already eaten the food, we were hungry, I sent my Son to get a refund,why have one without the other, they would not give it. This store cheated me and it is not right. This is why I am writing to u, maybe this will not happen in the future to anyone else. I have had problems with employees at this store before. It's a shame, and the food is good, although not affordable. It is very expensive, so to not get the order right or refund, it's ashame.
