One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. sent us a bill twice even thou we paid it Then the item had to be replaced due to a defect and we got hit again for this when we explained that this was a replacement and that we had paid the earlier bill [had CC receipt] and every time we get through there labyrinth phone service there no longer in the office or if we get a human they claim that this will be fixed and the item returned, only to log us as rejecting the item starting the night mare process all over. I will never buy from a seller using dhl every again and i will soon poke out my own eyes then use it for anything i sell.

I want the world to know that DHL is the worst way to send anything. The web app never updates and the service is snail slow in a world of fast service. If that wasn't enough, I spent about a half hour trying to find the correct number for Customer Service. Finally i found it....on a random Google forum post. Then when I called i got bounced around to a few different line where I was reminded how important my call is.....for about 25 minutes. When I finally got a human being on the line, she was (because no other word fits) "Ghetto." She hastily got my information and spent any time for conversation spouting out my information like a robot. She was unprofessional and immature. When I stated that there was an issue with my order, she was unconcerned and cold. To truly give me an indication of how much DHL cares about their customers, she promptly hung up on me. If that is how DHL handles customers, imaging how their employees must be handling your important and sometimes fragile items. I implore everyone who can see this post to use another company. This one has no regard for the little man. That makes them look bad, because when you think about it......if you're not big business, the little guy is YOU TOO!

Rotten Service - Run Around Phone Numbers,

Can't Find Dhl Globel Working Phone Number.

Live Person Just Give One Wrong Number After Another. Service Sucks Never Use Again !!!!!

Had package sent from Tunisia To Hungary, but my package ended up in Nigeria !!

What is that !! i'm not ready to loose 1000$ !

WORST SERVICE......my package was supposed to be delivered last Monday....it got delayed and was delivered on Wednesday in the wrong address......I am calling dhl customer service since Wednesday,today is Monday till now it is not delivered in the correct address.

One of the worst customer service departments ever. Website is a joke, no phone number for the company available on the tracking page. You have to do a separate search. Package is currently a couple hours overdue and nobody answers the customer service 1 800 number. Never again.

We were driving in Undilla MI with a DHL driver behind us. in a 25 mile speed zone. He was pushing us to drive faster, very pushy van number 2237 right on are bumper!
I think you should talk to your drivers about driving safely.

Had package sent from Hong Kong, All address info was correct, package ended up in Colorado.
Only way for me resolve is to go pick it up in person. Only problem is I leave in the Caribbean and the cost of travel is far more than the merchandise. If you call service they indicate package is with courier and will be delivered the next business day. This is the only company that I have seen that EVERYONE in service lies including the automated tracking service. To add DHL does not even know their geography or what places belong to what countries.

The Company Has You Running Around And Around On Their Phone Lines. And When You Get To A Person, You Get An Other Run Around By Sending You To "another Phone Number" That Don't Work, Or If You Are Very Lucky, You Get Hold Of A Person That Has Your Information, But Gives You Incomplet Information That Can't Even Be Used.
For Myself, I Would Never-ever Use This Company. Not For Any Reason. The Only Thing I Can Say About This Company Is That If You Want To Go The Worng Way, This Is Your Company For Any Help Geting There

Very worst service better then Govt-post office they have quick i hve exp i senerinced 06/07/2013 i send my daccuments
After 6 days Makkah Mukarmah branch said write the city name but already country and city name was there it was urgent daccuments very bad sarvice tell me what i have to do.

My letter is with DHL freemont since 28th June and I am still waiting for the delivery. When ever I call I am told that we are sorry and it will be delivered to day but till now the letter is not delivered to me.

Today is 3rd July and still I am waiting for the letter.

im from Indonesia, and i want to complain about courier in Indonesia
the courier is unfriendly, i just take up 5 minute to wait for the doc that i want to send..
but the courier is unhappy, LOOK LIKE A DEVIL

please fix it!!!

all I can say is SWEAT SHOP! they could careless about you they treat there temps like total crap HOSTILE place issues and concerns go in one ear and out the other

I am very disappointed with the DHL delivery process. I have given instructions for the delivery person to contact me first, none of this happened. Then received email from DHL for tracking, left instructions to call me, none of that happened. Called DHL for delivery and advised time, DHL assured that it will be delivery to me next day between 8.30 and 12.30, none of that happened instead the delivery was put on hold after 1st attempt of not following my instructions to DHL. Initially DHL told me they can not leave it with my nearest post office, now they said they can but will take a few business days. What kind of business does DHL do? Please can you consider you delivery contractor in the future? As it ruin my whole day off arrange for just one delivery. DHL get it right for what you do. Thanks

Within the last week I have received several e-mails that are marked Urgent when I open them they look like they are from DHL-THEY ARE NOT. I noticed that the DHL logo that they were using was missing the "wings"(the 3 lines) before the "D" and after the "L." They want you to click on a link in the e-mail to verify your delivery information "DO NOT FOLLOW THE LINK IT IS A POWERFUL VIRUS." I have never seen a virus that completely "Deletes" your anti-virus program. I have seen then turn them off, but I have never seen then completely wipe them off your computer before. Major damage. Please make a "System Image" disc(s) it will allow you to replace your entire computer system and every program you've added to it. You have to do this before you have a problem.

absolute rubbish some inane comment "wasn't that easy? then disconnect. German efficiency or arrogance? The parcel has just been delivered(12:40) by Parcelforce as I type this. The contents have probably perished so all in all totally and utterly useless

I received an email about a shipment that I DID NOT order. I tried to go in to see what it was all about and after several tries I got some information...The name Mark Smith came up with the location of Los Angeles and an item number, said it was insured and gave me a shipment number I tried to call DHL but the number listed is not a working number. Not sure what is going on. Right after clicking on the link in the email my computer said I had 37 viruses...not sure if this is all connected or not. Just wanted to let you know.

I also am receiving emails about a package that I have not ordered. I get a lot of these types emails in my spam box. Have called a few of the "companies" and have been informed that they are either phishing expeditions or possible virus. Don't open any of them. Delete them.

I received an shipment order and tracking on my email inbox. I tried to see what it was and it wont let me. I did not order anything and having DHL believer it, So what is going on. I better here from someone or I'm calling the Police to investigate this.

I was expecting for the documents to arrive today. Unfortunately, it was not received by the addressee. I was tracking it and I could not identify the person. The address is a building and no one knows who that person is!! Not even the full name was indicated. Only the nickname of the person. DHL, you are so incompetent. You are making the people so stressed! That's a very important document!!! Local couriers are better than you!!! Customer service is not also easy to reach out. I wouldnt recommend DHL!

DHL has very bad service.. no responsibility on customers service. it is nonscense,,really i didnot see such a bad service from any other courier company. i would like to request the customers not use DHL for courier.

I shipped a simple basic envelope via FedEx. It got to Kiev, Ukraine and disappeared. I sent the back-up material via DHL, it arrived with 4 days. The driver searched through the neighborhood for the addressee since the written address was wrong. He located the addressee and delivered the envelope. I never use FedEx for anything. My envelope contained visa info, tickets and credit cards, lost by FedEx. Sorry 'bout that!!

AWFUL. They just drop off documents at an empty desk, even in the wrong departments, and don't even require a signature. It's a miracle we even get our stuff! NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I've called my VENDORS and told them DO NOT USE DHL, and we get deliveries several times a day!
