Complain-
Costco is a store selling merchandise, not a recycling center. Costco needs to discontinue recycling program IMMEDIATELY. It makes the return line much much longer. And customer (returning merchandise) has to suffer waiting in long lines with people bringing recycling stuffs.

To whom it may concern, I've been a member for some time now and I've never had a bad product. I always shopped at the Costco in Inglewood, Ca. I love the deli. At this time am in my home town New Orleans,La. and I went straight to the deli for my favorite chicken salad. It was awful, the chicken wasn't chopped at all. It was large pieces of chicken smothered in celery. The container was almost $20 for 3lbs worth. Not only did it cost more than the California store, but it spoiled in 2 days. I was so disgusted and disappointed that I through it away. I will speak to management when I go back.They need a lot of improvement in your deli.

We were just in the Bountiful store and Angela was our checker. The wife decided she didn't want a sweater. Angela said "havent you heard stick to it" and rolled her eyes at my wife. I was watching my girls in deli area, wife told me on way home.Very Rude.

Dropped a script to have filled.....was told 1 hour wait. It has now been 1 hour and 40 minutes. Still waiting. Always a longer than quoted wait. What is wrong with these people. Will be changing pharmacy!

I am so upset that Costco, Bridgewater, NJ branch sold us an expired and fungus infested Organic Coconut Bites product yesterday, the September 3rd, 2016. I am afraid that the whole family of 4 have eaten the snack, only realize later that it was infected with fungus. Then we noticed the expiration date as Best by 08/25/2016. I will have to sue Costco as repeatedly this has happened.

I don't understand why costco take food stamp member this kind of people does not know how to preciated. Costco employees. Everytime I come and shop I saw this kind of people treated an employee lIke..get a job so you know how working people feel.

Please find a credit card organization other than CITI with which to work. This outfit may be the "devil I know", but it is time to return that devil to its underground lodging permanently.

Today I attempted to purchase gasoline only to find out the my CITI card shows me as not being a COSTCO member.

Thankfully, your in-store personnel were quite helpful, patient and most friendly; providing me with a membership card that enabled me to pay for fuel with my USAA issued VISA Card.

Bring back the Byrd's Georgia Peach Cookies! They are by far the absolute BEST store bought cookies I've ever tasted in my 62 years! I've stocked up the past two trips to the Independence MO location @ 291 North & Hwy 40, but unfortunately ran completely out of them this evening. Yesterday I even called the store and the customer service young man was able to provide the status this product. Apparently this & other stores within the Kansas City metro area is discontinuing this product & a thin lemon wafer we'd also grown to enjoy. *The old saying: "If it's not broken, don't fix it!" holds true in this case. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Bring these two products back to this store!!! Please don't matter it a seasonal item! Believe me -- these are delectable & would also make great gifts for birthdays or any holidays! I hope you receive numerous other communications just like this one. If you do, you can count on me stocking up on both the peach cookies (best store bought I've ever had!) and the lemon thins. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear someone from your corporate office or receive an email containing good news.

This is to bring to the attention of the high quality service I received in the Pentagon Store in Arlington, Virginia. A sales person by the first name of Julia who made me feel as if she was interested ingetting what I needed for new glasses Today you hardly get service and when sales people step out of their way to do the best for you, it has a lot of meaning. I tip my hat to Julia and only wish other employees would take the same interest in the customers, just because you are a box store doesn't mean you shouldn't have the high quality of service Julia gave me,all the time. I have been yelled at by Juan at the front door of the Merced Costco because I dared to walk through the out opening toward the food court, even though I had my card up. I could not understand him I really felt like I was south of the border. Finally a box boy came and explained to me that I had to back up and walk two steps around the post and come through the in opening and into the out side. This also happened to me in Turlock. Our towns of Fresno/Clovis do not have this policy and I felt very harassed. We like to visit Costco as we travel but these stupid policies and rudeness have made us not want to renew our membership.

I would love to know if costco has set up a specific person to address the citibank nightmare. I still don't have my card, yet costco membership was charged automatically. Citi finally admits they never mailed the card, they don't know why, they won't give me the acct number so i can't log in to see what else might be charged. They even had some 10 year old phone number even tho amex had current one Friday Funaki got someone to take ownership to call Wed nite. I made sure they had correct phone so of course i got nag calk waking me sunday am to log in and ck bal WHICH I CAN'T DO BECAUSE I CANT HAVE AN ACCT NUMBER. So for 3 months can't use Costco membership, i have to worry that they will ding my credit for past due. The worst is that because of the bizarre way they essentially deleted the amex acct instead of just closing it as would normality be done, i can't even see my amex history, especially the may June charges

While eating at the food court there were two separate families with dogs.normally not a problem heck I have a dog myself.the troubling thing that when are companies and people going to get a clue.dogs carry parasites among other things one inparticular are tapeworms very disgusting things and are transferable to humans.so with that being said why is nobody stopping these ignorant people from letting Thier kids and themselves put these animals on the tables and shopping carts where we put our food for consumption.leave the damn dog at home or in the car with the same responsible kid that's letting the same dog walk on the tables we eat from of course give them both water and fresh air.or leave the dog at home. It's a dog.

My name is Nicole Severyn and I have been a member at Costco since the nineties and have enjoyed every minute of shopping since then. However, today I was entering the Christown location in Phoenix at approximately 10:30 am and a caucasian older woman looks at my card, looks at me and immediately says, "Miss, I will be searching your backpack when you leave." First of all it a small bag that resembles a backpack and I watched a lady with a Michael Kors bag twice the size of mine walk past and the employee said nothing. I find it offensive and embarassing to say that to a loyal customer that has been shopping there for years. I have brought that bag in numerous times and have never been bothered by any other employee. I was so embarrassed and extremely mad, feeling like I was racially profiled that I did not feel like shopping for an hour like usual. So I just left with a rotisserie chicken and a case of water. When I was checking out, I asked to speak to a manager. He told me that he would talk to the woman about how she approached me but I could tell by the tone of his voice that he honestly didn't care. This problem needs to be addressed immediately and I will be waiting patiently for a response. Thank you for your time.

Int the past two months I have submitted a request in the Brighton,Michigan Costco to please put hand wipes in the chicken dept. Even tho the chicken parts are quite well sealed there is always some liquids on the packages. We get that on our hands and have nothing to clean it off-then we want to get a sample many which are finger foods. I think this is very unsanitaryThe store vmanager said these requests are handled by the corporate office.Even most supermarkets provide wipes in the chicken and meat(which also drip blood). For all the samples you give out, I think you could provide hand wipes.The store manager said this would have to be ordered by the corporate office. They had to wait for your answer.Come on Costco this is a health issue.

today 7-20-2016I checked in my car for tire repair at 13:48 and the cashier Steve H told me it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes and I asked him to please try his best to make it faster and he said he would try, however I came back 1hour thirty minutes later and my car was not even touched finally my car was ready at 16:45 ( almost three hours!!!
I asked for an explanation and the people there had no answer , I am a physician and a lot of my patients were waiting for me and also I missed a professional meeting
I am very disappointed in this particular service of costco

Help ...been on hold waiting for customer service for45 minutes!!! Finally hung up. Tiring to unblock my credit card which I thought was lost but now found.

My wife said our information on the new credit card was incorrect except for the phone number and we had to go to city.com/CostcoSetup to update the information. I entered in my information three times but the site refused to accept it. I then called the support number on the web-page and was on hold for twenty minutes. When "James" came on the line I asked how many service representatives were taking calls. He immediately hung up.

I hope this is not an indication of the service we expect from city visa...

It would be really Nice if you packaged your butter 2 pounds of salt free and 2 pounds salted in one package . That would free up our freezers for other goodies. PS I don't know anyone who buys 4 pounds and doesn't put it in he freezer.

I am very upset with Costco's transition from American Express to Citi Visa. Here it is, past the 4th of July, and I am still waiting for my Citi Visa card to arrive.

My time on the phone so far with this problem has exceeded 6 hours, most of that on hold. The wait times have gone down since the initial roll-out, but are still excessive.

Citi has made promises about issuing my new cards that they are not honoring. After the changeover, when it was obvious that they hadn't sent the new cards, they finally agreed to send the cards by Fedex. Of course, when the cards didn't show, I called and they still had not been sent. Finally, they agreed to send the cards by mail, and if I'm lucky they might, maybe, arrive by the weekend (if they have actually been sent).

Costco has repeatedly stated that the fault lies between Citi and Amex, but this is a bogus argument. Costco has co-branded the cards with Citi, and so hold joint responsibility for the problem and should be actively working to get it fixed instead of laying it off their own blame onto Citi. Poor planning is not a valid excuse for poor performance in a transition like this.

I am simply livid about how this has gone, and it galls me to know that Costco wants to increase its membership prices after forcing its customers to suffer the inexcusable difficulties that have resulted in the changeover.

Changing from American Express to Citibank was a Costco decision, Citibank services to date have been extremely short of adequate. Every time I attempt to use my Citibank Visa at Costco, I need to waste more time at the customer service desk, this is after receiving my card 2 weeks late.

BeingCostco made the decision, a decision needs to be made by Costco to compensate 'members' for the thoughtless forced inconvenience your decision created. Take responsibility! Fix the problems.

I still haven' Received my Citi Bank card. I have spent 8 hours on hold. When i reach
someone they say i must talk to security because fraud is involved. The fraud is they sent the card to the wrong address. I have always paid American Express on time. Why
Can't Use the billing address. I have asked to be notified on progress but noone calls or emails me.These are being used as business card and this has us really messed up.
