Hi, I recently purchased a Carvin Mag 100 and I get a pop every time I turn it on and off is that normal or there's a problem in it? Let me know please.

Carvin is playing a terrible game on it pre October 7, 2017 purchasers. The company won't honor purchase contracts that contain repair warranties as part of the product sale. It will however, sell new identical product to buyers with no warranty. I think Carvin should replace defective products sold with warranties in effect, with new product to replace those that are defective. One would be a fool to purchase any new product at all from this company.

Carvin Audio is going out of business. No one answers the phone. Kiesel guitars gives no help. Who is going to honor the warrantys on recent purchases? I'm going to write to Guitar Player and Guitar World magazine Editors to tell them of this situation.
