They are nasty and dirty. Wearing gloves taking cash and coins in said glove and then going to fill orders without changing gloves. La Vergne TN Bojangles should be closed down. Start with new management. They can not get a simple order correct even when not busy. Sitting in an empty parking lot and I see people carrying their order back in because of course they got it wrong. Employees need to be re educated on what the difference is between dark meat and white meat. I never get just dark meat meat because they think a breast is a thigh I guess. Never have I received a correct order from this store. They are turning me off Bojangles and I love Bojangles but hat the service. They never answer the phone. Then if you get them they act like its my fault that THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG receipt shows my order correctly. I guess they can't read!!! come on you can't read a simple order then maybe you should find a less difficult job. My wife was in there and distinctly smelled marihuana. ( we have 13 grandchildren so we definitely recognize the smell) smelled it on an employee coming to work. No wonder they can't get an order correct. Very unsanitary place. Manager is not nice at all. She was nice the first couple of times we had an issue. Now she gets mad and won't even say we are sorry we got your order wrong. Get it right and we wouldn't have to keep complaining. How many times do they need to screw up your orders before they get it right. Maybe I should go to Popeyes and see if they can do better.

The Bojangles in La Vergne TN is the worse Bojangles I have ever seen. Their INCOMPETENCE is second to none. They get my orders wrong all the time. I order dark meat every time I go and they screw it up and give me chicken breast. I hate white meat. They leave items out of my order. The touch money with gloved hands and go directly to the food to handle with same glove.
So tired of them messing up the a simple order. No excuses as they are never busy when I go. This is a sorry Bojangles. Needs new management. Doesn't do any good to complain as the get defensive. Without customers you don't have a business. Please get it straightened out. I will go to Popeyes for a while. I love Bojangles but the employees leave a lot to be desired. Not sure why this one is still open.

The Bojangles in Smyrna TN store number 000375. No customers at all when I walked in to give my order. I ordered 12 family meal and 3 side and a Fish sandwich. Diane I guess can not count to 6. They shorted me 2 biscuits. The 4 biscuits we received were nearly white on top not browned at all and doughy. The Cole Slaw was half full and I paid a total of 46.62 for this garbage. Never again. Called and called and no one would answer the phone. You know the way you don't answer the phone. I want a refund. How the hell do you mess up such a simple order. They didn't have a single customer at drive thru or inside. Popeyes here we come. Bojangles chased us to you!

Arrive at Drive thru line @6:40 pm and didn't get my food until 7:10 this is right Pathetic need to clean house and Hire new people in South boston va.

I was at the Bojangles location in Chapin South Carolina this morning. I had a verbal altercation with the manager that almost turned physical because of him. I walked outside and called the police. They were unable to view. The cameras said that I needed to call corporate. I would like to speak with someone about this immediately, I have a police report with a case number that is opened. I have been trespassed from the property by the on site manager, which is the person that I have the problem with. He is the one that was the aggressor and followed me outside, trying to fight my 16-year-old son. It is all on camera where your other employees had to pull him back into the building , please call me back as soon as possible. 803-944-2388. Thank you. Have a great day.

Calhoun bojangles is very bad they were really rude and don't want to do there job I was so upset I didn't get the black guys name but he's working the window right now there at calhoun and they didn't have anything available then wants to charge me extra for some sauce I need to speak to corporate

My family and I stopped at bojangles and we had some of the best tasting biscuits and chicken in a while BUT the food was cold the dirty rice was just bad. I couldn't eat it and we went up to the manager to let them know she dismissed my husband and went to the back. We really were just trying to let her know she had a problem. I mean 30. For food while traveling is a lot and we could choose to eat anywhere but we choose to eat at Bojangles

The Bojangles in Aynor SC is awful. They never have what you want. The managers are very rude. The place needs a thorough cleaning. A lot of playing around in back. Something needs to be done.

Want to acknowledge Manager Thor and one of his employees named Erica at the BoJangles store #000804 Halltown Road Jacksonville NC 28546 for Exceptional Customer Service today. Went out of their way to care for my requests during ordering of my family evening meal. Service with a smile and courtesy. That's what customer service is about and I wanted to have them recognized for their efforts. Beautiful and much Appreciated!
I worked for a Golden Corral Corporation for twenty years and that was our most important priority. Thank You!!

I am at the Bojangles in Carrolton, VA and my service and food has been Outstanding. The ladies are cordial and very professional. The dining area and restroom were immaculate. This store is an example of how good service should be.

The bojangles in Inman has a very rude an nasty attitude having manager. My food was very burnt an when I went in the restaurant the workers was yelling here she comes as if they knew my food was over cooked. The lil ol manager proceeded with an attitude when I was attempting to show her my food so I asked for a refund and she placed it on the counter like a dog.

Said they were short staffed at the drive through but not a single car in the parking lot. I have pictures. So I took it upon myself to park and look in the window and three African American girls with uniforms on or sitting down at a table talking and on their phons Pathetic

Love Bojangles but I believe they're beginning to lose their edge, being an older food pro here is what I see getting worse. Midafternoon filet biscuits been under heat to long, sloppy help, tea to sweet and weak, biscuits crumbles in your lap.

Bojangles: I am writing about your Bojangles location at 3727 Branch Avenue Hillcrest Heights, MD. I was at this location this morning Saturday, March 11th, 2023, at 7:25 am. There were several cars ahead of me to place an order for breakfast. We waited for over 15 minutes, and nobody was available to take our orders. Therefore, your customers started to drive away. As I passed the drive-thru window I noticed nobody was in site working. Are your hours of operations not 7:00 am - 10:00 pm? Yes, I checked the website. I had another stop to make so I ran my errand and came back to Bojangles around 8:05 am and once again waited in the line and nobody was taking order. This is not the only time that I have gone to the Branch Avenue location and Bojangles is NOT opened for business. The few times I have gone this year the restaurant is NOT serving customers or there are people working in the restaurant, during business hours, but are NOT taking orders. This 3727 Branch Avenue Hillcrest Heights, MD Bojangles location is costing your business a LARGE loss of revenue.

I use to work for bojangles and took pride in what I made for customers but here recently the last 4 times I have been to bojangles ( the locust nc and the Charlotte nc location next to Waffle House on 24-27) is been terrible going threw drive thru I would just assume my biscuits would be made properly but they have not been cooked all the way biscuits are supposed to be brown not white as a ghost I'm highly disappointed that it seems like no employee or managers cares just want you in and gone so there drive thru time goes down.

My location on North Rhett blvd in Charleston SC never has Bo biscuits or cinnamon biscuits when I stop in for the last 3 weeks 8/18- 9/12/22

I talked to manager at Bojangles Connelly Springs NC about issue with food.on April 20th. I was told he would send mea gift card in mail. I text him my address.Will I get card soon or not at all?

I have come every other day for tea for years. This is know my me and many others as the best sweeten tea in south!
Recently asswe ask for sweetened tea only to return numberous times till we got sweet. We asked if they have changed the amount of sugar but they would not comment. Finally they poured themselves a cup, tasted and agreed it was not sweet. I believe there was no sugar in them but because this employee said she made that tea herself12 hrs ago when she arrived. She was sure. Yet she said it wasn't sweet.
For many years I have only drank your sweet tea but if this problem is not corrected I'll drink water before drinking this tea. This has occurred at other stores but is much worse at Lenoir, NC

On 11/14/21 my wife and I ate at the Batesburg sc location which we frequent often, however this time was more memorable because we were not the only customers in the store and certainly not the only ones that experienced horrible customer service in the lines of long wait times for food ( one customer had to wait for over an hour to get a 20 piece chicken order, others had long wait times and wrong orders ) we all experienced rude customer treatment and argumentative staff amongst each other and customers when they brought the matter to the staffs attention. Mine in particular was long wait time and a wrong sandwich order ( we ordered the New BLT sandwich and received it without bacon on it and when brought to the staffs attention she argued that she told us that the bacon was frozen " which she never did or I would have changed the order " and yet she still wrong up the sandwich as a BLT. At one point a Female which I assume was a manager came to the front counter and specifically assigned each person to a post because all staff members were attempting to prepare orders which may have been the cause of wrong orders in the first place , I truly believe all staff members were unprepared for the business on hand and I further believe that is due to poor management skills. And NO we did not attempt to discuss this with on duty management because they did not appear to be approachable enough to discuss the matter further.

Bojanle's at Hwy. 57 & Hwy. 9 E., in Loria, SC. For the past 3 years, the ordering service and staff competency has been horrible. Missed items on order. When you order, you need to do it inside so you can check your order before you leave. I once complained to the manager and he told me he owned all Bojangle's in this are and I could just go elsewhere. The next one is many miles away and I do like the food. But if the manager is this rude, it goes a long way to explain the employee's lack attention and caring. I used to b a manager at KFC. I know what shoulde be expected from managers and employees.

They have change my hours multiple time I made a 20 doller tip and they took it a put it in their pocket thay are very disrespectful to the coustmers and for the past 4 days I haven't been on the schedule I've called multiple tomes in the last 4 days and they still wouldn't let me speak with the manager so I called to today and the girl wouldn't let me talk to her again she said I think she fired you its been 4days I have got no unemployment and my last check they took out my money for my shirt I had 80 now have 40 and they change other people's hours to they and argue with other employees and they bashing other people saying that people are low class and stuff they are so disrespectful

The Bojangles in Laurens,SC is horrible. The food is cold and not fresh. Their customer service is terrible. It wont be long until this business is out of business if it continues as it is.

Murphy nc Bo,s by Hampton inn , extremely friendly good service ,but employee on the line stuffing food in mouth ,fingers all the way in mouth,while wrapping food very very gross ,I informed manager ,,

We went to boganles in Wallace nc off of exit 385. The bathroom was so nasty the girls and boys. We order roaster bites they was old and cold. I don't see how these place is open. The health department needs to come out
