Do Not Purchase Anything Online From Biglots You Will Not Recieve Your Item I Ordered A Bed From Them 4 Weeks Ago And Never Recieved It. When I Call I Get No Response, The One Time They Did Answear They Said They Would Have The Manager Call Me And I Have Yet To Hear From Them.
So I Then Called Corporate And They Said The Bed I Ordered Is Actually Coming From Another Store That They Dont Sell Beds They Just Basically Advertised It On Their Site And Purchased It From Another Company Store To Get Their Greedy Hands On Part Of The Money. I Missed A Whole Day Of Work Because It Was Going To Be Deilivered Between 830am To 1030 Am Just To Be Told 4 Hours Later That They Lost My Bed. Not Once Did They Notify Me To Tell Me It Wasn't Coming I Had To Call Them To Find That Out.
For One They Shouldn't Be Advertising A Product They Dont Sell To Beging With And I Do Beilieve That Is False Advbrtising, And 2 Iselling Other Peoples Products Just To Get A Cut Out Of Their Money, Should Be Illegal. But If They Will Do That Then It Is No Suprise That I Dont Have Bed Because Basically They Are Thieves And I Will Probably Never See That Bed That I Paid %858.00 For. So If Your Thinking About Purchasing Online With Big Lots Don;t Do It
They Will Take Your Money And Give You Nothiing Except A Run Around

St. Augustine FL: In order to get heavy items put in my car at the curb I attempted to pull up there but several delivery trucks and cars were taking up most of the available space. The Big Lots manager started yelling at me loudly togetmycar out of thereand gesturing wildly to move. I turned around and when the other cars moved was able to pull up to a spot away from the place he'd told me not to park.i got out of my car to open the trunk, whereby the manager starting berating me about how he noticed I didn't like what he'd said to me. I said it wasn't that, it was the nasty way he yelled at me. He got madder and a steady stream of loud angry words were directed at me in front of a female employee(who looked scared to death) and customers. He shoved my chairs in the car and slammed the door. What a horrible experience w a very unprofessional and abusive manager. I hope I never have to go back.

My question is how can you adjust the terrible attitude of the store manager here at 785 North Hacienda Boulevard La Puente California. I thought this would be the best way to contact the main office because apparently the phones are never answered and you can wait 30 or 40 minutes and no one takes your call hopefully this problem is solved

Brian at your store in Gainesville GA went above and beyond for me today.However the other manager was a total Ass. I was looking for a tree that was out of stock. Brian looked it and discovered they had some at another location,but it was too far away. I then ask if I could buy the display and Brian told Pat yes, because there were none on order. Brian was at a register at the time, so Pat ask the other guy to take it down for me. He pitched s big fit with me standing right there."We. Don't Sell Displays " ! I was surprised that he was pitching a fit right in front of me. When he got it down he said."So you want me to shove it in a cart or what". Again he was extremely rude and I was not about to ask for a box. I ask to put it upfront and I would take out as is. He was not done yet. While Brian was ringing me up he came over to complain again. To add more he began to verbally badger Brian with me standing there . He. Told him he needed to get off the register and go collect carts or something. At no time did Brian loose his cool. The other guy, should not be working in Retail at all.

My disabled daughter was discriminated against by a big lots manager named Alice in your vestal ny location today , I am in the process of filing a full discrimination suit against the company but thought I would try reaching out to your corporate first . No one deserves to be discriminated against and belittled as my daughter was at your store by your employee Alice this woman even went as far as to question a doctors note my daughter had brought to her in good faith only to have Alice accuse her of forging this note when my daughter Susan fairbanks told Alice there is a phone number on it to verify the letter Alice only made some swirling motion next to her ear to upset Susan more , Alice even went to the length of telling other employees my daughter was not right and wasn't going to work out to further humiliate her , there is much more that happened with Alice but before I divulge everything I would like to give your company a chance to look into this matter and see what they feel should and can be done in this matter . I bought a recliner July 2015 my warranty ran out July 2016 ,I was in the hospital in July 2016, my chair will not stay together, I have bought all my furniture's from big lots,this time I was treated very bad, I have a 400 dollar recliner an can not use it, I am 75 years old an would never cheat anyone,

Dear B. L. :Can't you not include the messages from customers you are addressing with your email? It doesn't help me to receive your message advising(facts)..park urportedly authored by recipient,whereof said recipient unable to locate sent mail from his files. This just now happened to me.. Had to cancel my cr cards due to fear of being victimized.Please,it doesn't help. In fact, if results in hardship.Customer -CARE? DO. Thank you.

This is tge 2nd time I gave visited this store with on the last 2 weeks, where they allowing people to bring dogs in. Unless it's a service dog, why are they people should not bring their pets in. I would assume it's a liability for the store, if soneone gets bit.

I went to lincolton nc big lots a black male was in women's bathroom! He was about 12 or 13 5ft3 I'm 5ft8 I'm 65.I told the grandmother he was to old and to big to be in there.is reported this to a clerk going by she did nothing! I reported to the store manager he did nothing?,!I don't feel safe anymore in a big lots.this is wrong,person people need to use common sense.male bathroom was open next door all she had to do was stand at the door and wait.this manager needs to be fired.

I am at one of your stores in Indpls on 8401 N Michigan rd. The manager in the furniture department or maybe he is over the store, but he is very argument I've when I was purchasing furniture. Told me I defensive because I voiced an observation. Then as I was waiting I observed an older cashier being very rude to a customer because she couldn't make up her mind what she wanted at the register.

I was in your greenwood sc store toady, it was one of the cleanest stores I have been in . The customer service I got was wonderful Brooke was my cashier and she was very polite and got me checked out quickly. I will shop here again

I want to buy a mattress boxspring and frame today, and one of the employees when I couldn't figure out the computer, I was told to do it myself and figure it out. And when i started crying, a black male employee decided it was okay to laugh at me. I have never been treated so horribly in my life! I will never go back to that Big Lots location again! In fact, I left and went to Value City to buy my bed.

I am disabled. Cashier took 2 people behind me to his register instead of me. He was black and the 2
customers he helped were black. Is that racism because I am white or disabled. Then the customer in front of me in line I was in allowed 2 people to go in front of me and the cashier did not say anything. Store# 4038. Not good business.

I do shop at the Lskewood, WA Big Lots frequently. This store is particularly clean and well stocked. I avoid any store that isn't clean or items dumped on floor and left there because of lazy management. Good Job Lakewood Big Lots!

I am very unsatisfied with an almost $900.00 I spent on 3/15/2016 for a small sofa w/chaise, and a hammock. It is much too dark. I did not realize you only had 30 days to return such things. That is not long enough in my opinion.

When I called my local store last week they told me "I'm sorry only 30 days return policy". I wished I had noticed that on my receipt. I just want you to know, I will have to sell this, take a loss I'm sure; and buy another one.

I visit your store at least once weekly, and have for years; it is so convenient and your prices are great. Not to be rude, but you have seen my rear walking out of your store for the last time, I quit, I will not be back. I am not happy at all and everyone who visits or asks about the sofa (which is beautiful and in perfect shape), I'll be sure to let them know where I got it and about your "30 return policy".

I have never met a bigger bunch of dumber employees in my life . . . buy one get one free makes both items half price - duh! Do the math! First I was told I read the ad wrong and the signage in front of the oil and antifreeze was wrong. When I worked retail (back in the day) I was taught the customer is always right! Evidently NOT in your store #1763! The employee whips out an ad and of course I was correct - 100%. And the in store signage was correct also. Three of them together (one I guess was an assistant manager) could not figure out that 1 item at $10.00 and 1 item at $3.80 would be $5.00 for one item and $1.90 for the second. It's basic math. If this store is losing money - you now know why! Of course I have to consider the source . . . I could not make them understand what I was trying to explain to them which was very. very basic math. ugh!

I visited your store on west broad st today to purchase items listed in your add buy one get one half off. The sale sign was up in the aisle,which said all bakeware glass, metal was half off the second item. Needless to say it did not come up in your register.. the manager on duty was not very nice about informing us so I guess your sale sign and add was incorrect..she must not know how to adjust prices thAt come up incorrectly..your cashier and manager both need to take lessons in Customer service.. Needless to say you not only lost a sale but a customer to....

I thought there was policy against managers hiring their close personal friends just to fill another management position or floor opening.... Isn't that discrimination to the people that take the time to fill out applications and go thru the interviews to have a chance first!!!!!

Bought furniture for my handicapped daughter. Mattress, dresser, bed side table. Price was $1561.97.I have paid $1510.00 approximately. I called progressive they said I owe another $1369.71 because I didn't pay it off in 3 months. The furniture is not worth $3000.00. Please help me. I am living on SS and taking care of my daughter. She is still waiting on her disability.

Felt some discrimination coming to me from a Big Lots store in Mississippi.
Called to return sofa and recliner that was purchased in January and was told to bring it in they would work it out for me.
I took it in and a different manager was working, she refused to honor the return and said she was the only one who could make the decision to take the return, it was her call and she says no. She refused to give me any other reasons and corporate was no help at all.
I told them I felt discriminated against, and that there was a return by another customer of similar purchase and time , and that return was accepted, what was the difference she refused to talk further with me.
They never even gave me an option for an exchange. Stuck with junk and feeling discriminated against.
Will be checking with an attorney if Big Lots does not resolve the problem with the furniture and the manager at that particular Big Lots Mississippi store on Stateline road.

Not happy about my service from a manager at the #5134 store at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 3-15-2016. The manager is a white male, tall, with glasses, about middle aged. I do not know his name. I complained that I visited the store for the canvas shoes in many different colors that were advertised in the circular for $10.00. He said there was no such advertisement and he did NOT know when the shoes would come in since he had only 4 pairs in stock. IF YOU PEOPLE CANNOT STOCK STORES BEFORE AN AD......DO NOT PUT OUT THE AD....the customer comes to the store for nothing and gets no response as to when the stock will come in.

I went to the local big lots in Murphy nc and could not believe this store remains open it is so nasty in there and the employees including management could care less about customer service. You can never get help in there abd their prices are ridiculous based on the quality of the merchandise. I did find an item I needed but it was on the top shelf. After spending 10 minutes trying to locate someone to help me instead of helping I was told they would find someone. After another 20 minutes I went searching again to find the store manager and a group of male workers laughing and cuddling up in the other end of the store. I asked again for help to get it off the top shelf. I was told they would be right there. Well after another 10 minutes I gave up and left. Highly unacceptable.

as a person who lives close by a culver city store as i can walk their i have filled out the applications as this store has a hiring sign up i am able to start but the manager seems not to call in a person who lives close by and is out of the store be fore 9 am so i can talk to them why thank you jay

Dont ever shop at biglots in Aston the worker Mike was is extremely rude he ignored my request for help even called me an odiot ,everytime i go into this store there are new people .that treat the customers horrible wonder if corporate knows this ,the only nice person there was a young lady named kristen she even assisted me in getting an item from the shelf.i have seen her in a few weeks but thank her for her kindness
